Well, here it is:
1. I failed a class?
If you FAIL a course, you do have to repeat it in the subsequent start date in order to progress on.

2. How will it affect my Fin Aid?
You have to, most probably, pay out of your own pocket to take any Repeats since the Fin Aid award does not cover these.

3. How will I be billed?
The cost will be added to your overall balance due at the end.

4. What is the procedure?
If and when you do get a FAIL, Advisors need an email from you, for the record, stating that you understand that it will be an additional cost and that you do intend to continue and repeat the course.
