Noodle Salad with Sesame Dressing

Ingredients
     300g  dried egg noodles
     2 eggs
     1/2 cup shredded shoulder bacon
     1/2 cup shredded cucumber
     1 1/2 tbsp cooking oil
     3 tbsp sesame paste
     3 tbsp water
     1 tbsp finely minced garlic
     1 tbsp soy sauce
     1 tbsp rice vinegar
     1 tbsp sugar
     1 tbsp sesame oil
     1/2 tbsp chilli oil

Method
1. Boil egg noodles for 4-5 minutes, rinse in icy water, and drain well.  Sprinkle with some sesame oil, and set aside.
2. Beat eggs in a large bowl until smooth.  Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil in a non-stick pan, fry the egg mixture until golden brown on both sides.  Cut the eggs into 2" stripes on a clean cutting board.
3. Stir-fry bacon in 1/2 tbsp cooking oil for 3-5 minutes, and set aside to cool.
4. Mix sesame paste, water, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, and chilli oil in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
5. Cover noodles with eggs, bacon, and cucumber.  Sprinkle with sesame sauce over the noodles and serve.
