Schedule for 2002 Winton Reunion

9 a.m.    Registration, visiting, viewing displays, etc.

11:30 a.m.  Winton Christmas Play (Volunteers??)

12 noon Lunch ($6/12 yr-adult, $3/5-11 yr, FREE/4 yr & under;
need reservations by July 1

Music time:  musicians will eat first, then entertain us during our meal
bring your instruments, join in and sing along

Business meeting
(selecting activities and site for 2003 reunion),
awards for oldest, youngest, most miles traveled, longest
married, most recently married, most descendants


1:30 p.m. Auction (bring items to be Auctioned)

3:30 p.m. "Proud to be An American" Cake Decorating Contest

50/50 Raffle Drawing (the more we collect, the more you win)


9-11 Pounding Games (let's pound the terrorists!)
Join us in bringing nonperishable grocery items to stock the shelves of the
First United Methodist Church's Food Bank

9-11 created shortages in Food Banks across America
This is an opportunity for the Winton Reunion to pitch-in and have some fun doing it!
For every # of food you donate (or $1), you'll receive 10 tickets to use at booths
manned by Winton Cousins.


If you would like to host a booth, please let me know the theme for your booth;
we will provide prizes to be passed out.
Pounding Booths will be awarded prizes for the most tickets collected:
1st, 2nd and 3rd places
Booths can include darts with terrorist as the target, Cake/Cookie Walk,
Fortune Teller, Kissing Booth, Bowling Booth, etc. 


Remember:                                                            
Tell:
All your cousins, siblings, etc. about the reunion
Bring:
Your instruments for sing-along,
Items for the Auction,
Your Decorated Cake for the contest,
Nonperishable food for Pounding Games,
Cookies or cakes for the Cake Walk.
Send:
Your reservations/ money for the meal,
Names of all who are attending (for name tags).

Volunteer:
To man a Pounding games booth.  

Have heard from cousins in the William Winton, Jr. branch of our Winton clan who tell me they plan to attend the reunion this year.  This would be the first time since we started hosting in 1992 that someone from this branch of the family has been represented at the reunion!
