| I thought I'd add a few extra thoughts, thanks and bits and pieces before you start on your journey with me through my pages. It's Spring here so I have decided to give many of my pages a new look too. |

| Please respect the artists work in these pages and get permission prior to using their graphics. Each text link takes you to their sites. Always remember to right click and download graphics to your computer rather than stealing from an artist's site, and using up their bandwith. Many great sites have had to be shut down due to the designers being unable to financially carry the burden of bandwidth theft. I have a particular grievance with those that steal the images from Indigenous artists whom are already disadvantaged. Please do not take any images from the links I have provided in my site including those of indigenous background. |

Clicking on the logo at the bottom of each page will take you to their inspiring sites. In particular Anam Cara, (her beautiful site is down now but I sure hope she gets it back up sometime soon),Marie from Backgrounds by Marie, Aussie Betty , Lady Care , Bev from Moon and Back Graphics, and Em from Serenity Lane Designs whom always replied promptly and graciously to any requests or questions I had. Thank you so much ladies! Lady Care has given me many beautiful awards for my pages and even made me the gift of a personalised set for my Child Abuse page. Thank you so much Lady Care!!! My friend Sue from Romantics Downunder whom I found whilst surfing would you believe. I had not seen her for around 15 years...we did our Nursing training together, then whilst looking for Australian graphics I stumbled upon her web page. She has listened to all my groans, gripes and frustrations, and as a web designer has come to my rescue more than once during the building of this page. Thanks Sue!!!! My son Matthew who helped me check all the links were working before putting my page up, and who has answered frantic phone calls when stuff went wrong. Thanks son!! All the sites I have linked to that have given me permission to do so - Thank You! I have searched the net for what I consider to be "the best of the best" and have placed them all here for your enjoyment, not just as a page of links to fill up a page. | I have deliberately made this site one in which children and families may safely surf together and I am commited to ensuring it remains so. This goes as far as ensuring the sites I link to, have not, at the time of putting my page up, got any links or pop-ups on their pages that are not child safe. There are many other sites that I could have added due to their excellent content but had to omit because of the committment I have to ensuring my site is a safe place. Perhaps there are some areas you don't agree with....that's fine...diversity is what makes the world an interesting place. I would not judge you for your beliefs and ideals, please do not judge me for mine. Just pick what you will from these pages that interests you or that you agree with and let go of the rest.
