The McGill Redmen Cheerleading team brought home three trophies from their last competition, the Universal Cheerleading Association's New England Cheer Challenge in Springfield, Massachusetts. The team routine earned Second Place in the Varsity Large Co-Ed division. Scores from all UCA Cheer Challenges in the United States are compiled to come up with the Grand Champions, and here McGill was awarded the White Whale trophy for Third Place. The four-girl stunt group also placed Second.
