When preparing mixtures and using fresh ingredients.  Always cut in the fresh fruits and vegetables etc last...the enzymes will remain as fresh as possible.

Storage

Most of these recipes contain natural preservatives.

Keep mixtures in a cool place.  The refrigerator is preferable.  Refrigerate the mixtures containing fruit and or vegetables.
