Very Easy Honey & Oat  Mask (for all skin types)

  • 3/4  c plain oatmeal, cooked & cooled
  • 1/3  c honey

Combine  ingredients into a sticky paste. Use immediately and discard unused  portion. Spread evenly and thickly on to barely moist skin, avoiding  eye area. Leave on for 20-25 minutes. Rinse with warm water; pat  dry.  

 

My Gentle  Honey Wash (for all skin types)

  • 1T  Oat or rice bran
  • 1/2  t Natural honey
  • 2/3  to 1 t Warm water

Mix  above in palm of your hand. Massage gently into skin in circular  motion. Rinse thoroughly. Discard unused portion.

 

AHA  & Enzyme Apple & Yogurt Cleanser (for  all skin types) info on AHA  more info  more info  even more info 

  • 1/4  medium-size apple, peeled & cored
  • 4  T plain yogurt (preferably whole-milk based)
  • 1  t honey
  • 1  t olive oil (extra-virgin)
  • 1  t lemon juice

Combine  all ingredients in blender for 30-45 seconds. Massage 1-2 T gently  into dry skin in circular motion; avoid eye area. Rinse with warm  water thoroughly. Store unused portion in tightly sealed container  for up to 4 days in refrigerator.

Totally Green  Tea Toner (for all skin types, esp. aging skin)

  • 1  t powdered green tea
  • 1/2  c purified hot water

Mix  tea with hot water in a bowl, whisking until a bit thick. When mixture  cools to room temperature, apply with cotton pad to face. Do not  rinse. Store unused portion in tightly sealed container for up  to 2 days in refrigerator.

One Two Moisturizer and Cleanser (normal to dry skin types)

Mix together 

  • 2 tbsp (30 ml)  Jojoba oil
  • 2tsp   (10 ml)   Grapeseed oil

Combine in small bottle.  Shake to mix.  Apply with cotton.  Apply lightly.  Too much will clog pores.
