So, we always try to be as flexible as possible.
Sometimes you need to order a big old casserole or pie to entertain the family or take to a drop-in.
Sometimes you want to take some big, frozen dishes with you to the lake house or the beach cottage:
Who wants to be cooking for twenty people when they are on vacation?
So we also have available a selection of
large pies and casserole type dishes.
We can provide them frozen or heated and ready to eat,

While we do have a few in the freezer on a pot luck basis, we generally make these fresh for you so do remember to
give us a litle lead time!
PIES & CASSEROLES: Available in 8-10 & 20-25 serving sizes
CHICKEN POT PIE:The ultimate in chicken pot-pies. Juicy chunks of chicken, onions and peas in a rich chickn gravy "like Mom used to make" & and topped with a light pastry crust.
SHEPHERDS PIE:This is the real thing.Layers of onions, ground beef & vegetables topped with a generous layer of mashed potatoes and baked. This is the ultimate "comfort food"
SUPER MAC:Makes regular Mac n'Cheese pale in its light! Elbow macaroni, moist diced chicken, smoked sausage, peas & brocolli in an amazing "double cheese" sauce.
SEAFOOD CASSEROLE:No fake crab here. A succulent selection of seafoods depending on the markets that day, in a creamy sauce  with a traditional "New England" style crumb topping
CHICKEN & MUSHROOM PIE:A Scottish favorite. Succulent chicken chunks cooked in a peppery chicken gravy with fresh mushrooms. This'll "take you to the Highlands" for sure.
SALMON PIE:One from my Mother. Delicate  red salmon prepared in a parsley/dill sauce,  topped with a mashed potatoe crust and baked make this "seagoing shepherds pie" a winner.
BEEF & POTATOE PIE:More comfort food. Hearty chunks of beef, onions, carrots and potatoes baked in a light crust. This delicious dish was called "cow pie" at my old school
MEATLESS PIES & CASSEROLES: Available in 8-10 & 20-25 serving sizes
SWEET POTATOE PIE:A southern tradition. Eat it as a desert or as a side dish!
MAC & CHEESE: A good old standard. Macaroni baked in a creamy cheese sauce
SMASHED POTATOES: Not mashed -smashed.  Boiled potatoes "smashed" down with a spoon, drizzled with olive oil, seasoned with salt pepper & garlic and baked. (Delicious!)
MASHED POTATOE PIE: You could eat it on its own. Fluffy, garlic mashed potatoes, baked 'till they're crusty.
BROCOLLI CASSEROLE: A dinner, must-have! A creamy concoction of brocolli, cheese and rice baked in the oven
GREEN-BEAN CASSEROLE:
SCALLOPED POTATOES: Just plain good! Potatoes, thinly sliced and baked in a seasoned cream sauce.
