But no matter what our opinion of them, one-day we too will venture out of the realm of childhood and into that of adults, leaving our playthings and innocence far behind.
And so is the case with myself, though I try hard to maintain my handhold on my youthfulness. I can't say that it's not difficult, with demanding careers, painful decisions, and the everyday experiences of Real Life... But still, even with all of this, I struggle to keep my heart young and my soul pure.
It is a battle I will one day overcome, of that I am certain. As for the meantime, let me show you what I'm currently dealing with… |
