Ledger
Folks your ledger and you should become very aquainted throughout your career. Not only does it keep track of how many contracts and commodities you've sold, it also has handy little notes on the different things associated with the trader's guild. Young trader's can even study it for some scholarship training if they so desire.
Caravan
A caravan is required for doing contract trading or commoditie trading in order to get the goods from one outpost to another. There are caravans of all types and colors throughout the four mainland provinces. Just find your local outpost clerk and rent one from him for about 4 silver depending on the province your in.
Feedbag
A feedbag! Obviously for the storing of feed for your caravan or pack-mule. A starving or dead caravan or pack-mule is a useless one, so I recommend that you keep them well fed. A feedbag serves this function best. Forage it filled with grass before you start your route trading, then periodically make sure you give it to your caravan to keep em well fed throughout your travels. I keep my route sessions to about 10 hours and I never have run out of grass in my feedbag, if I started with it full.
Auction Block
Not so much an item you can get. But once your amongst 30th circle within the guild your more than welcome to use any of the Auction blocks around Elanthia. Its a great way to get rid of alot of inventory fast! Also teaches you trading real well. So grab the gavel and start Auctioning!
Trader Jewelery
For training appraisal this eventually becomes a must! All types of Appraisal Jewelery about Crossing and Ratha Trader shops. Check them out see what you can find. Pull it out once in awhile and appraise it, keep that skill moving!
Quills
A quill is a writing instrument. Most commonly used for writing on tags. Some of the fancy quills in the Ratha Trader Shop also double as appraisal jewelery. I'd be happy to pick up any young trader a nice quill from the Ratha shop just stop by my shop when its open and I'll note to get ya one.
Tags
Tags are some excellent little items that can have a number written on them, then can be placed on an item. Pricing an item is the most common use. But tags also are often used to mark and label weapons, gweths, and anything else that can be labeled with a number. You can pick these up from the table monger in any of the Trader markets.
