All our items are diligently handmade by our artists and no two items can be made perfectly the same. Though two items of the same kind may look the same they do have differences because of them being handmade. When photographed these items may look the same because of the differences being very minute.

We provide items to customers in three different continents and sometimes items sell faster than we are able to change their pictures on our website. Our artists are capable of reproducing one same item and giving it the same look every single time. The customer need not worry about receiving exactly the same item as the one seen on the website if we were not able to replace on time the picture of the sold item with that of the one available because the differences are so minute that they cannot be noticed on the pictures. Our replacing the pictures of sold items with that of available items of the same kind does not take more than 48 hours.

For deliveries of items in Canada and the US there is no extra fees. For deliveries of items in Canada and the US customers are not charged extra for shipping and handling.

Canadian customers buying online with PayPal  will be charged the 7% GST and 8% PST taxes. If the customer is exempted from taxes, we are willing to make arrangements not to charge the customer the taxes.

All our items are made from materials that have been obtained without hurting the environment.

All our items that resemble ceremonial items are not ceremonial items, but items used for fun activities such as Pow-wows. We do not sell ceremonial items because it is not permitted in our culture. Our artists do make ceremonial items but do not sell them. Such items are for personal use and can be given away for ceremonial purposes.
