My silence would never convince you of this, but, I have quite honestly been meaning to write you a note for a very long time now. My wife periodically pricks my conscience with not so subtle reminders that a note to you is long overdue. I guess her chiding really worked thi stime, because here I write... Most importantly, I feel I must inform you that since Sandra and I will be in Taiwan beginning late-May, we will not be able to attend the class reunion. I do hope that those of you who make it have a very meaningful and memorable get-together!
I would be very pleased to see anyone from our class who may be returning to Taiwan this summer. I won't bother you with mundance details on life in these parts. Once I get back to the island I will do my best to send you an update for the next newsletter, along with my next address. It's always great to discover the newsletter sitting in my mailbox.
