Montana Truck Services, Inc. (MTSi) opened their doors for business in January of 1999.
The founder of MTSi is Virginia B. Burris, a truck owner herself who became frustrated with the apathy shown to her when raising concerns or asking questions of her service company. Virginia has been involved in the agricultural and trucking industry, while also working in government at the federal level for approximately 20 years and recognized the growing need for more full-service licensing and permitting agencies for the trucking industry.
MTSi is proud of its' very diverse staff, their background experience includes work in the legal profession and the trucking industry from a driver's aspect as well as past employment with the federal government. Thus bringing a wealth of helpful tools that aid us in helping, you, the customer, swim worry-free through the government's sea of red tape. Each staff member is committed to making our customer's feel comfortable in asking any questions they may have and knowing that if we do not have the answer ourselves, we will find the answer for you.
Our key focus is Customer Service, to fulfill your licensing and/or permit needs in as timely a manner as possible, we understand that if your truck is not running you are not making any money. By striving for excellence, our goal is to instill confidence and security in knowing that your service company is doing the very best job for you and at the same time looking out for your company's interest by keeping up-to-date with industry changes as they happen.
