MTSi specializes in obtaining your IRP license and registration as well as completing all title work for tractors and trailers. MTSi can also provide you with a temporary operating permit almost immediately in order for you to begin operations with minimal delay. Our license department is well-versed in all IRP Regulations and Procedures. We will keep your tractors and trailers up-to-date and properly licensed at all times. This service includes your Original IRP Application, completing your Anual Renewal of registration, filing any Supplemental Applications according to your fleet changes throughout the year.

One of the most important areas in the trucking industry is obtaining the proper permits for your fleet. MTSi can help you obtain any permits required for your fleet such as Kentucky Highway Use Permit, New York Highway Use Permit, New Mexico Highway Use Permit, or temporary Trip/Fuel Permits. We will help you keep your fleet operating as smoothly as possible and eliminate the worry of lost time waiting for a permit, maintaining inventory lists or remembering various renewal deadlines.
To obtain your operating credentials MTSi can file original authority applications with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. Depending on the scope of your operation we can file for Common, Contract or Broker Authority. Our permitting department will maintain and file all necessary renewals at the appropriate time and in the most cost efficient manner.
One of the most problematic and important areas of bookkeeping for the owner/operator is recording of accurate mileage and fuel usage. MTSi has the most up-to-date, technically advanced software applications to aid them in tracking and recording your fleets' mileage. We also provide trip envelopes for your driver to maintain their receipts and trip information in a hassle-free manner. Once all information for a quarter has been received, it is entered into our database and a tax report is generated. We will also submit the reports for the states that require special permits and special quarterly reports. In addition to these serfices, in the event of an IFTA Audit, we will handle all audits at our location so our clients are not burdened with the auditors.
PREPARATION AND FILING OF AD VALOREM TAX

MTSi services are available to our customers such as:
- Drug testing at certified laboratories with results within 24-hours.
- Urine specimen collections at our clinic facilities available, by D.O.T. standards, or at our customer’s preferred medical clinic.
- Breath alcohol testing by certified B.A.T. (Breath Alcohol Technicians) using breathalyzer equipment approved for D.O.T. testing
- Assistance to our customers for the implementation of a drug-free workplace substance abuse policy.
- Total management capabilities for our customer’s D.O.T drug-free workplace compliance program.
D.O.T. DRUG & ALCOHOL CONSORTIUM PROGRAM
D.O.T. compliance consortium is for trucking companies with as little as one driver, or larger trucking companies, who must participate in a consortium and who prefer to participate in a consortium.
MTSi Services include:
- Random testing generation and random database maintenance using a verifiable and reproducible random program each quarter keeping your company in D.O.T. compliance.
- Monitoring of the turn-around time for test results from the laboratory and M.R.O. (Medical Review Officers) within a 24-hour turn-around time.
- Educational programs for employee substance abuse awareness and to meet D.O.T. Reasonable Suspicion Supervisory Testing requirements.
- Networking with M.R. O. (Medical Review Officers) and S.A.P. (Substance Abuse Professionals).
- Emergency response plan on a 24-hour per day, 7 day per week basis for post-accident or for reasonable suspicion situations requiring drug and/or alcohol testing
Single Source Billing. MTSi takes the billing for all testing service charges and includes all providers charges on a particular donor’s test on a single bill for our customers who utilize MTSi ’s available D.O.T. certified collection sites. Our customers have the option to be billed directly from their preferred collection site for the collection service. All other testing charges normally included can be billed to our customers if preferred by the customer.
