They were in an upper chamber
They were all with one accord
When the Holy Ghost descended
as was promised by the Lord."

WELCOME TO THE INTERNATIONAL PENTECOSTAL HOLINESS CHURCH

For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever shalt believe on him should not perish but have everlasting life. John 3:16

God Loves You!

What would you have God do for you?
What has He called you to do in His service?

-----On this page, I would like to introduce you to the International Pentecostal Holiness Church. With International Headquarters in Oklahoma City, we are a world-wide mainstream whole-Bible believing Church looking forward to and loving the Second Coming of Christ.

-----As time permits, I would construct a step by step tour of the ministries and history of our church.

-----The country church building featured in the first link below is where the church that I have pastored for 23 years meets. Our local churches range from solid small rural churches to the large dynamic churches who are serving God in more urban areas. No matter what the area, they are serving God in the moment of time that God has blessed them with. If you are looking for a church home, there is probably a Pentecostal Holiness Congregation near you to meet your needs and to help you serve God in the calling that has equiped you for. If there is not, let me know.

We have now gone past the year 2000, but these goals are still in effect. The International Pentecostal Holiness Church is s body of people who have been redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ. To us, following Christ is an exciting adventure in faith. Part of this adventure included a bold evangelistic thrust called Target 2000. this vision, which has the biblical motto, "Give me this Mountain..." Joshua 14:12), unites us as a church to reach our highest potential for world evangelism. Target 2000 called for the involvement of every member of the International Pentecostal Holiness CVhurch in reaching its goals:

1. To make the multiplying of believers and the multiplying of churches the top priority of the church.
2. To develop shephards' hearts so that we can be trusted with the new believers God wants to give us.
3. To mobilize every member of the Pentecostal Holiness Church to discover, develop, and deploy his/her spiritual gifts.
4. To take twenty minutes daliy in prayer for world evangelism.
5. To plant strong churches in 200 world-class cities.
6. To reach six million members worldwide by AD 2000.

With these goals as a springboard, each of the thirteen general departments of the denomination has formulated Target 2000 goals within a wide varity of ministries to meet the needs of our people around the world. Following the Lord's example, these departments are committed to service (statement from the International Pentecostal Holiness Church).

The following is from the seminar, "A Vision For Mission" given by Bishop Leggett at Roanoke, Virginia on January 23, 1999.

Mission 21

(For the 21st Century)

Our Goal: To Reach 6 Million Members Worldwide

We believe God has helped us to identify our role in reaching our world. We now committ ourselves anew to this faith goal. Each ministry must identify its role in this task by setting, evaluating and revising short and immediate-term goals. The following objectives will help us reach our goal:

Praying for world evangelization through intercession and spiritual warfare.
Mobilizing all members of the IPHC to discover, develop and deploy their spiritual gifts.
Planting Strong Churches and increasing our ministry presence in the urban centers of the world.
Developing shepherd's hearts that reflect the compassion of Jesus Christ.
Multiplying believers and churches through revitalization, personal evangelism, and church planting.

It is the responsibility of all leaders to inform the membership of our church regarding the Vision, the Resources and the Opportunities for ministry. We call on all members to join with us in this great enterprise. With effective Partnerships, God will help us do this.

"These are the words of the Holy One, the True One, He Who has the key of David, Who opens and no one shall shut, Who shuts and no one shall open. ...See! I have set before you a door wide open, which no one is able to shut;..." (Revelation 3:7-8, Ampilified Bible)

Mission and Vision Statements of the IPHC

Mission Statement: To multiply and mature believers and churches in worship and evangelism in obedience to the Great Commission and in cooperation withthe whole body of Christ.

.....Today, as I write in June 2009, I am happy to report that, although we have not reached 6 million, the IPHC has more than doubled its membership worlwide. Praise the Lord!

RDC Vision Statement

To give prophetgic vision to the IPHC.
To empower and equip conference and local church leaders.
To make resources available for equipping church leaders.
To network resources with opportunities for effective obedience to the Great Commission.

As pastors, we were encouraged to take this seminar home and present it at our churches. I have taken the liberty of presenting a small part of the material here on the net.
