Survivor: Marquesas - After a slow third season, Survivor came back in the winter with its fourth edition which has quickly become a fan favorite. Despite having the most unknown winner of any season, the Marquesas had plenty of memorable people and moments. Moments like Kathy Vavrick-O'Brien peeing on fellow castaway John Carroll's hand after he got stung by an urchin, the fafaru challenge for Rob Mariano, the fiery final five tribal council, and the infamous purple rock. The two tribes were thrown overboard in the show's premier on February 28th, 2002. Right off the bat the dominant tribe was Rotu which sent Maraamu to tribal council three times in a row before the tribes were even shaken up and even after that Maraamu lost two more times. As the merge came around it seemed like John Carroll and his Rotu alliance would dominate, but in one of the biggest power moves in Survivor he was voted off and the two remaining Maraamu's and three former Rotu members made up the final five. Despite all odds against Vecepia, the winner, she was able to make it to the finals after being a Maraamu and beat out Neleh Dennis in a 4 to 3 vote. Since Marquesas has ended Kathy and Rob appeared in All Stars while Rob went on to The Amazing Race and other endorsements
