The top of the center span as it is lowered past , "eye-level" , we are standing on the cantilever roadway . It's hard to see but we had an AMERICAN flag erected on the top of the center. ( No breeze )

Almost ready to land on the material barges, you can see the massive blocks and rigging required for the lowering. We also had perfect weather.
( No breeze, no seas. )
