Wed., May 18, 2005 WOW!! It has been a LONG time since I last updated this site. Thanks to everyone for all the hits, even when the site was being utterly neglected! I still want to get around to posting all that media I said I would, unfortunately I've been unable to find a place to host said media. Maybe I'll try photobucket or something. But that doesn't resolve what I'm going to do with video... Hmmm.

On another note, I made these banners a while back (incidently, for my art site) and forgot to actually post them here. So here they are in all their glory for your linking/viewing pleasure!

Tue., Mar. 11, 2003 Whee!! The site reached 30,000 hits on 2/24! Anyway, I'll get that new fic uploaded this week, and I'll probably add in some new fanart (mine and other people's). Additionally I'm going to be putting up some really nice pictures to go with Destiny or Duty.

The Age of Gods that was thought to be eternal was closing. Eternity had come to an end. The heavens shook as the armies of Falis, the supreme God of Light, clashed with those of Falaris, the supreme God of Darkness. In the seemingly endless battle, the earth wept and the seas trembled in fear. The final battle between the survivors, Marfa, the Mother-Goddess of Creation, and Kardis, the malevolent Goddess of Destruction, echoed to the ends of the earth. At the climax of their fierce battle, a continent separated, creating a land on which both the goddesses of light and darkness perished like a flame and flickered away.

Several thousand years later, the land to the south of the continent of Alecrast has become known as The Accursed Island, Lodoss.

Record of Lodoss War is a fantasy anime and one of the best series ever. If you like fantasy, or D&D, you'll love this series, but chances are you've already seen it if you're visiting this site {|=P>
There's an OAV series, a TV series (Chronicles of the Heroic Knight), a half-hour movie (Welcome to Lodoss Island!), a radio broadcast, and a spin off called Legend of Crystania.

When goblins attack his village, Parn, the son of a former Holy Knight is sent by his village's leader to find out what's stirring the land. And so the legend begins.... Parn sets out on an adventure with Etoh, his best friend and a cleric, Deedlit, a high elf who warns his village of an impending attack, Slayn, the village sorcerer, Ghim, a dwarf, and Woodchuck, a theif, to stave off the impending invasion of Lodoss....
