| Howie went to Kevin’s room to get Melody while Jen was in the shower. Melody answered the door & Kevin was nowhere around. He told Melody to grab her stuff & to come back to the room. When they got back to the suite, Howie asked where Kevin was. “He went to the gym downstairs,” Melody said, “He said something about getting rid of his emotions for a while.” Just then Jen emerged from her room. Melody ran over & gave her a hug. “Morning mommy,” “Morning sweetie. Did you have fun with Kevin last night?” “Not really he fell asleep while we were watching a movie.” “That sounds like something Kevin would do.” They went downstairs to eat. As they passed some of the band members who were in the same restaurant, Howie noticed that the band members were staring at them. They sat down to eat, ignoring the stares that they were getting. They ate in silence & went back upstairs to the suite. They didn’t want to do anything until Brian ran into the room with some shocking news. “Howie, Jen, Kevin broke his arm a few minuets ago,” Even though they were both mad at Kevin they wanted to know if he was all right. “Is he OK?” Jen asked. “He is in a little pain, but that’s all,” Brian replied. “How did he break it?” Howie asked. “He was boxing with a punching bag & he hit it so had that it swung back & caught him off guard. He was hit & fell on his arm in some weird way. The person who runs the gym said it was broken & call for an ambulance to come get him.” Brian left & the trio sat & waiting for any news on Kevin. They didn’t want to go to the hospital from some bad memories they have had there. Jen & Howie were also kind of mad at Kevin from earlier that morning. They just hoped that he was all right. |
