Meatballs and Gravy

3/4 lb. ground beef
1 onion, minced
2 slices wheat bread (crumbled)
1 egg
1 Tsp. grated cheese
2 Tbsps. parsley
1 clove garlic, crushed and minced
2 cans or jars gravy

Combine well first 7 ingredients ingredients. Form into small meatballs. Saute in small amount of olive oil. Remove meatballs from pan and drain fat leaving pan drippings. Add gravy and scrape drippings from pan, mix. Return meatballs to pan. Simmer on low for about 15 minutes. Serve over egg noodles.
Meat Marinade

1/4 cup salad oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp. catsup
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cloves garlic, crushed

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Will marinate 1 large steak. Marinate at least 1 day turning steak often. Also good for shish kabobs-marinate meat and vegetables together. Scewer individual vegetables and meats seperately as cooking time may vary depending on the items. Barbacuing is best but can be broiled in oven.
