In April 2000 Mandy made her first visit to my hometown of Cardiff the Capitol City of Wales.
I think some of the Welsh roads signs confused her a little..but they confuse me and I'v lived here for over 40 years !

We took a trip over to Penarth, a town just outside Cardiff and Mandy tasted the world (Well,South Wales) famous "Clarks Pie"
We went to a local social club to see local singer Maria Holiday

Touring Cardiff's impressive civic center.
Mandy  paid her first visit to The Millenium stadium and saw her first rubgy match, the WRU cup semi final between Swansea and Pontypridd.

Mandy also attended her first football match, a game at Ninian Park between Cardiff and Bury.
In October 2000 Mandy and I attended the 19th birthday party of my Cousin, Lisa. The party was held at the Med bar and  Lisa and her friends wore blonde wigs and dressed up as girls from the film "Austin Powers"
