21 - Aftermath
Cassie went into the church and found that Jessica had been
burnt by the flames. Isabelle and John rescued Michael and headed
for the hospital but Jake could not be found. Julia was rescued
from the river but Stephanie's body had disappeared and Lt Arnold
told Tommy that she was presumed dead. Michael was saved in the
hospital by Dr Donna Hanson. Isabelle attacked Julia and blamed
her for everything. David proposed to Julia now that Stephanie was
dead and she accepted. Tommy threw David out of the house and told
him to stay away. The family were devastated when Lt Arnold
revealed that a body had been found in the church and it was
thought to be Jake. Mark went back to Los Angeles to tie up loose
ends and paid a visit to Morgan's mother, Brooke Abbott after he
saw her picture in the paper. He realized that she was a former
client from his days as a male prostitute. Jessica comforted Tommy
over his mother's death. Isabelle found Guy at the mansion and he
threatened to press charges on Jake. Isabelle told Guy that Jake
was dead. David discovered that Julia had disappeared from the
hospital. Julia woke up in the Wheeler cabin and found that
Stephanie was indeed alive and had kidnapped her.
22 - Jake in a Box
After being terrorized by Stephanie, Julia was relieved when
David burst in and Stephanie was taken away by the police. Mark
took Brooke to dinner in Los Angeles but could not bring himself
to tell her the truth about Morgan. The family attended Jake's
memorial service and Julia suggested to an angry David that as
Stephanie was still alive, she should think about marrying Michael
to maintain her stronghold on the Wheeler family. Cassie took the
podium and slammed Jake's memory before revealing to a stunned
congregation that she was having an affair with Guy. Jessica was
told that her burns would heal quickly but she tested Tommy. David
told Stephanie that if she consented to a quickie divorce he would
represent her. She signed the papers. John offered to help
Isabelle bring Julia down but the pair got into an argument that
was interrupted by Isabelle's mother, Constance Abrigore. She
brought Isabelle's ex-fiancé Greg Masters to the valley but
Isabelle angrily told him to go back to England. Lauren overheard
Guy telling Cassie about Ian's body. Greg called his daughter
Adrienne who denied causing trouble in his relationship with
Isabelle. Guy was shocked to discover that Ian's body had
disappeared. With the help of a shaken Lauren, Isabelle buried the
body in San Francisco.
23 - Quest for Justice
David visited Stephanie at the sanitarium and informed her
that Elliott Marshak would be representing her, not him. The
divorce was finalized in Mexico and he would see to it that she
got put away for a very long time. After Riley Hudson testified in
court against Stephanie, Julia took the stand and was forced to
admit the nature of her relationship with David. Donna released
Michael from hospital. Stephanie lashed out when David testified
to have her put in the sanitarium for life. Cassie begged Guy to
forget about the body. Stephanie was sentenced to one year in the
Madison Central Sanitarium. Julia returned home to find Mark and
Brooke talking to Michael. They questioned her about her
involvement with Morgan and worried her by announcing that they
were going to visit Darren Kelly. Lauren received a mysterious
letter which she hid from John. Michael took Constance out to
lunch and she encouraged him to face his feelings for Donna.
Isabelle assured Cassie that she would remain a part of the
Wheeler family but Guy vehemently refused to move back into the
mansion. Isabelle accepted Greg back into her life. Michael went
to the hospital and asked Donna out on a date. She agreed.
Isabelle found Lauren crying and warned her that if she didn't put
what happened to Ian behind her, she would end up the same way as
Stephanie. Darren escaped from prison in a helicopter sent by
Julia and headed for South America.
24 - Best Intentions
Isabelle called a security firm relating to her plans for
John. Constance nearly collapsed when she was taking a walk
through the valley with Lauren. David told Tommy that he was
moving back into the house. Julia disguised herself as a hospital
volunteer and got access to the computer system to delete Morgan's
medical files. However she was caught by Donna and angrily stormed
out of the hospital. Constance warned Isabelle to keep out of John
and Lauren's marriage. Brooke accosted Julia in the hospital
parking lot and accused her of being behind Morgan's murder.
Lauren panicked when she thought John was reading the letter and
disposed of it. Greg showed Isabelle his new offices and told her
that he was moving back to California permanently. Mark visited
Stephanie in the institution and she vowed to get better. Isabelle
offered John $10 million to divorce Lauren and leave town. A
drunken Brooke ruined Michael's date with Donna and had to be
escorted to the mansion. Greg proposed to Isabelle and she
accepted. Mark agreed to let Tommy and Jessica move into Morgan's
old apartment but Julia and Lauren both objected. Greg went to
Guy's apartment and confronted him about his behavior. The
conversation turned violent and Greg warned Guy to treat Isabelle
better. Brooke woke up in the mansion and in her drunken daze, she
climbed into Michael's bed. Constance confessed to Lauren that she
was dying of pancreatic cancer.
25 - Money Trap
Michael found Brooke in his bed and managed to disguise her
presence when Donna arrived for a visit. Constance was upset when
Lauren pushed her to tell Isabelle about her illness. Greg called
Adrienne in London and announced he was moving to San Francisco
permanently to marry Isabelle. Travis was surprised when Adrienne
reacted violently. Julia introduced herself to Greg at his office
and charmed him. Isabelle hinted to Lauren that John was trying to
steal money from her. Brooke confronted Mark about renting
Morgan's apartment to Tommy and Jessica. He defended himself and
persuaded her it was time to go back to LA. Julia angrily accused
Cassie of ruining Jake's memory and the pair got into a bitter
fight which ended with Cassie pushing Julia into the pool.
Isabelle warned Greg that Julia is dangerous. David attempted to
blackmail Julia into marrying him. However she hit back with
knowledge of Angela's murder. She warned him she had her sights
set on Greg and not to get in the way. Isabelle showed Lauren
monitors hooked up to cameras she had set up in front of John's
bank in San Francisco. She was expecting him to take $10 million
of bribery money out of his account and skip town. However he
angered Isabelle by turning up at the mansion and not falling into
her trap. Lauren was furious with her mother. Tommy had to turn
down his invitation ti Isabelle's dinner party when he received a
call from the hospital. Greg and Isabelle announced their
engagement to the happy family but Adrienne ruined the dinner by
bursting in. In the ensuing chaos, Guy pulled Cassie up onto the
table and proposed. She accepted. Tommy visited his ex-girlfriend,
Amber Lake in hospital and discovered that she was dying of AIDS.
Dr Baxter warned him that he had to get tested as soon as
possible.
26 - Forever Amber
Isabelle asked John to help her reconcile with Lauren. He
agreed on the provision that she apologize for what she did and
humiliated, she conceded. Tommy panicked when Michael saw him
visiting Amber at the hospital. The opening reception for Pacific
West Industries took place and Adrienne argued with Isabelle
despite Travis warning her not to get involved. Brooke and Mark
headed back to Los Angeles. Mark agreed to move in with Brooke in
her Beverly Hills mansion. David gate crashed the Pacific West
opening to spy on Greg and Julia. He was introduced to the Wilders
and befriended Travis. Constance invited Donna to the mansion and
confessed about her illness. She asked Donna to consult with her
doctor in London over medication. David and Travis got drunk and
Travis confided in David about his rocky marriage. Tommy went to
get tested for HIV. Cassie warned Guy that she wanted to get
married before the baby was born. Adrienne told a drunken Travis
that they were moving in with Greg. Tommy discovered that he was
HIV negative and confessed everything to Jessica who agreed to pay
for Amber's hospital bills. Lauren offered Cassie a position at
the Wheeler foundation and she accepted. Michael and Donna gave
into temptation and had sex in a hospital elevator. Julia
attempted to seduce Greg but he rebuffed her advances. 27
- A New Generation
David offered Travis a partnership at the Elliott and Russo
law firm and he proudly accepted. Julia tried to convince Guy to
take a paternity test when Cassie's baby was born but he refused.
Lauren was flustered when John told her that she had been calling
out the name Megan in her sleep. Guy informed Cassie of Julia's
suggestion. Lauren overheard them discussing Ian Sanderson and
confessed everything to Cassie who agreed to keep her secret.
Donna told Michael that she wanted to take things slowly. Jessica
visited Amber in hospital and Tommy learnt from Dr Baxter that she
only had a matter of hours left. Adrienne celebrated Travis's new
appointment but refused his romantic advances. Cassie confronted
Julia about what she said to Guy and during the argument she went
into labor. Constance acted suspiciously and hid her pills. Cassie
was told that she would need to undergo a caesarean if her baby
was to survive. Julia confided in Greg that she was lonely and
managed to seduce him. Guy arrived at the hospital and found out
that Cassie had given birth to a baby boy named Lucas. They
married. Isabelle was suspicious when Greg acted guiltily. Tommy
and Jessica stayed at Amber's bedside when she died. Adrienne
visited David and thanked him for giving Travis a job. Donna
snapped at Michael when she caught him going through her purse.
Julia slept with Greg unaware that Adrienne had seen them. 28
- Goodbye, Farewell
Isabelle broke the news to the family that Constance was dying
of cancer and Michael was impressed when Donna comforted Jessica.
Lauren told Constance her secret...she had a teenage daughter
Megan from Ian's rape and John did not know about her. Jessica
told Tommy and Donna that she was going to use her money to fund
an STD clinic in Amber's name and wanted Donna to oversee the
project. An exasperated Travis persuaded a reluctant Adrienne to
accompany him on a romantic weekend. Julia vetoed Jessica's plans
and argued with Donna. Guy and Cassie got ready to take Lucas home
but Guy was furious when he found out that Isabelle had bought the
old Garrett house for them. Lauren was horrified when she saw in
the newspaper that a San Francisco construction company were
planning to develop Oakwood Forest. Donna sent the press to Julia
and forced her to agree to the clinic proposal. Guy argued with
Isabelle and accused her of trying to buy his love. Tommy and
Jessica told an angry Julia that they were planning on going to
Australia for the summer. Lauren called Isabelle and they agreed
to meet at Oakwood Forest that night. Michael found Donna's
driver's license which held the name Donella Santadio. Pilar
called Michael and told him to get to the mansion quickly.
Isabelle went to Greg's house but caught him in bed with Julia and
rushed out much to Adrienne's amusement. Michael and Donna
discovered that Constance had committed suicide but Donna declared
it to be death by natural causes. Isabelle and Lauren dumped Ian's
body in the river unaware that they were being watched by a
mystery woman. 29 - Dangerous Dealings
John attempted to offer Isabelle his condolences over
Constance but she refused the olive branch. Julia left the mansion
and revealed to both John and Isabelle that she was moving in with
Greg. Michael called a private detective named Garth Kelsey in New
York and asked him to look into Donella Santadio. Adrienne was
pleased that Julia was moving in and welcomed her warmly. The
mystery woman spied on John and Lauren as they discussed Isabelle
in Golden Gate Park. Greg proposed to a stunned Julia who
accepted. Adrienne angered Travis when she forgot about their trip
to the mountains and it was called off. At Constance's funeral,
Julia taunted Isabelle by telling Jessica about her impending
marriage. Lauren warned her to stay away from the family. Cassie
convinced Guy that he needed to get over his feud with Isabelle
but they were horrified to discover that Lucas was missing. They
found him with Julia who threatened Cassie with a lawsuit,
insisting that Jake was the father. Cassie slapped Julia who vowed
she would win. A frightened Garth called Michael and warned him
that he was not going to like the information about Donella.
Jessica and Tommy left for Australia after reconciling with David
and Julia. Cassie received a sinister message at work warning her
she was in for a big surprise. Julia and Adrienne planned the
upcoming wedding as Greg arrived with an anonymous message for
Julia telling her to go up to the cabin in Carmel. Isabelle
visited Guy and they argued again before noticing that Lucas was
choking. The mystery woman was revealed as John's ex-wife Mindy
Stewart. She told John that they had a son Adam who had leukemia
and she needed John to have his bone marrow tested. A panicked
Donna confessed to Michael that she was part of a dangerous mob
family. In New York, Donna's father Bobby Santadio found out his
daughter's whereabouts from Garth before shooting him dead. 30
- Death is not the End
Isabelle managed to save Lucas from choking and Guy was
grateful. Lauren convinced John that he should ask Mindy to agree
to a paternity test over Adam. After Travis and Adrienne had an
argument at Elliott and Wilder, David moved in and asked Adrienne
to dinner. She agreed. Lauren overheard a telephone conversation
between Mindy and Adam in which she told her son that she was
going to get John back. Julia convinced David to be her attorney
for the prenuptial agreement. David listened to Travis's marriage
woes and gave him advice. Julia found Greg's gun to defend herself
in Carmel. Greg removed Isabelle's picture from his desk and tried
to remove her from his mind. Mindy was angry when Lauren forced
her into the paternity test. Julia went to the cabin in Carmel but
was accosted when she reached it. Lauren confronted Mindy over her
phone conversation with Adam but Mindy denied trying to get John
back. Donna split up the argument and Lauren was surprised at how
worried she seemed. Guy decided to bury the hatchet with Isabelle
and told her that he was changing his name to Wheeler. She was
overjoyed. Cassie and Guy told Isabelle that they were taking
Lucas away to Santa Barbara for a few days. Meanwhile, Isabelle
received an invitation to Greg and Julia's wedding. She tore it up
and tossed it aside. John lambasted Lauren for being jealous after
Mindy filled him in on their argument. David cooked Adrienne
dinner at his house but they ended up making love on the dining
room table. Greg warned Travis that he needed to fight to hang
onto Adrienne. Michael panicked when he heard of Garth's murder
and realized that Bobby was in San Francisco. John was proven to
be Adam's father and a suitable donor match. Lauren was jealous
when Mindy kissed him. Donna was knocked out in the hospital car
lot and bundled into a limousine. As Guy and Cassie got ready to
leave for Santa Barbara, Julia turned up their doorstep...with
Jake. 31 - The Rising Son
Jake revealed he had amnesia after the church fire and was
living in Oakland. Guy attacked Jake and Julia decided to take him
home leaving Cassie devastated. Isabelle broke the news to John
and Lauren about the newly returned Jake and they pondered whether
Julia might have had something to do with it. Adrienne returned
home after spending the night with David and Travis confronted
her, angrily hitting her. Jake witnessed the scene. Donna woke up
in a hotel room with Bobby and his goons standing over her. They
also brought Michael out and warned Donna at gunpoint that she had
to move back to New York. Bobby let them both go but warned that
he would be watching them. Julia signed the prenuptial agreement
and gave half of the Wheeler Corporation to Greg. Lauren met Mindy
for lunch and Mindy revealed that she had every intention of
winning John back and returning to Los Angeles with him. Isabelle
confronted Greg about acquiring half of the Wheeler Corporation
and they had a heart to heart. Lauren accompanied John to visit
Adam, angering Mindy. The Judge ruled that Cassie's marriage to
Guy was valid because of Jake's abandonment. However Jake warned
her that he would go after custody of Lucas. Julia bumped into
Bobby and flirted with him. Adrienne thanked David for their night
of passion. Julia was visited by Mindy and filled her in on
Lauren's past including her rape at the hands of Ian Sanderson.
Mindy remembered seeing Isabelle and Lauren dump a body in the
river and realized that it must be Ian. She got information on
Ian's wife from Julia. Greg asked Jake to be his best man. Cassie
arrived at the Masters mansion and told Jake that she wanted a
paternity test for Lucas. The night before the wedding, Adrienne
confessed to Julia about her affair with David. Isabelle found the
wedding invitation that Julia had cruelly sent her and decided to
go. 32 - Sins of the Father
The wedding began and David was resentful of his involvement.
As Julia began her vows, Greg halted the proceedings and told a
present Isabelle that he wanted to marry her. David and Jake
pulled a hysterical Julia out of the ceremony as Greg and Isabelle
married. Mindy broke into Lauren's bedroom and coated her vitamin
tablets with a mysterious drug. Adrienne confronted Greg about his
decision and warned him that she did not approve. Cassie, Guy,
Jake and Lucas went to the hospital for the paternity test. David
and Adrienne made love again but Travis found them in bed and
drove off. David and Adrienne were unaware that they had been
caught. Bobby turned up at the mansion looking for Michael and met
Lauren. Julia then arrived from the wedding and announced that she
was moving back in. Greg and Isabelle returned home to find that
Julia has trashed the house. Travis went to get advice from David
unaware that he had been the man in bed with Adrienne. However
when Julia turned up also looking for him, the pair went off
together. Lauren took John to the hospital ready for the bone
marrow transplant. Donna visited Julia and warned her to stay away
from Bobby. Afterwards, Julia went to her bedroom where Travis was
waiting. They had had sex. Adrienne stormed in and found them.
When John underwent his procedure, Lauren began to hear Ian's
voice in her head. Adrienne visited Stephanie at the mental
institution to get information on Julia. It appeared that
Stephanie was well on the road back to sanity. Greg informed
Isabelle that his granddaughter Danielle was coming to San
Francisco. David was angry with Adrienne for visiting Stephanie.
Julia was angered when Travis broke off their relationship because
of Danielle. Cassie received a phone call telling her to go to the
hospital for the test results. Mindy visited Barbara Sanderson in
San Diego and told her that Isabelle and Lauren were responsible
for Ian's death. Michael was horrified to find a snake in his bed. 33
- Mindy the Dream Master
Michael killed the snake but accidentally started a small fire
in the mansion which brought back bad memories for Jake. Mindy
successfully enlisted Barbara in her scheme to get back at Lauren.
Lauren continues to take the tainted pills which Mindy had laced
with drugs. Jake was revealed to be Lucas's father and David
called Cassie to warn her that he was representing Jake in the
custody battle. Danielle arrived in San Francisco to find Travis
fighting with Julia and became suspicious. A desperate Cassie
pulled a letter opener on Jake and Isabelle walked in. However she
warned Jake that she would side with Cassie. Greg and Isabelle
decided to throw a barbecue at the Wheeler mansion to celebrate
Danielle's arrival. Cassie confessed to Guy that Jake had been
placed in a rehab center for alcohol addiction when he was a
teenager and they decided to cause his downfall. The family was
suspicious when Lauren failed to turn up to a board meeting but
she was having hallucinations. Travis confided in David about
Adrienne's behavior unaware that he was the man that Adrienne was
sleeping with. A delirious Lauren picked John up from the hospital
but accused him of having an affair with Mindy. Bobby informed
Donna that he was moving to California permanently. Danielle
invited a mysterious lover to the Masters mansion. Lauren warned
Michael to keep out of her marriage troubles. Mindy attempted to
seduce John but when he rejected her she bitterly threatened to
take Adam back to Los Angeles. Isabelle was horrified to find
Lauren having a nightmare. Julia went to confront Travis at the
Masters house but found Danielle kissing a woman. David arrived at
the mental institution to visit Stephanie. 34 -
Night of Secrets
David confronted Stephanie over spilling the beans to Adrienne
and warned her that he would have her locked up in the institution
permanently unless she left him alone. Lauren confronted Mindy
about using Adam to blackmail John. Things turned violent when
Mindy accused Lauren of being mentally ill but on the verge of
collapsing, Lauren left the hotel room. Barbara called a disturbed
Isabelle and warned her that she knew what happened to Ian. Cassie
and Guy sneaked into the kitchens at the Wheeler Corporation and
spiked Jake's orange juice with vodka. David called Dr Bryce but
he refused to be bribed into withdrawing his recommendation from
the parole board that Stephanie be released. Julia invited
Danielle out to lunch and Jake drunk the spiked orange juice
during a Wheeler board meeting. Julia told Danielle that she knew
her to be a lesbian and would tell all unless Danielle helped
break up Travis and Adrienne. Jake was pulled over by the police
after the board meeting and cautioned for drinking under the
influence. Danielle called her girlfriend Courtney who advised her
to confess her sexual orientation to the family. Cassie was
annoyed that Jake was not over the legal limit when he bumped into
the police and told Guy to bring a video camera to the Wheeler
barbecue. At the mansion, Donna walked in on an argument between
Lauren and John. When John left, Lauren became insane and
collapsed. Julia invited Bobby to the party and he told his
chauffeur Antonio that he had plans for the Wheeler family. Donna
managed to awaken Lauren and took her outside to Michael. Mindy
called Barbara and told her to go to the Wheeler party. Donna was
infuriated when Bobby turned up. Meanwhile, Julia and Isabelle
exchanged barbs. Donna and Michael announced that they were
engaged. Then, after being hounded by Julia, Danielle told the
guests that she was a lesbian. Travis and Adrienne warned Julia to
stay away from them. Cassie told Jake that she spiked his drink
and provoked him into attacking her. The whole debacle was caught
on camera by Guy. Donna overheard Bobby making a mysterious phone
call regarding Julia. As John and Lauren argued, gunfire broke out
and Jake realized that somebody had been hit. 35
- End of the Road
Donna decided to take Julia to hospital after finding that she
was grazed by a bullet. Michael and Guy were unable to catch the
sniper. Adrienne and Travis assured Danielle that her sexuality
was not important to them. Lauren overheard John telling Isabelle
about her behavior and stopped taking her vitamin pills, worried
that they were drugged. Barbara Sanderson's dead body was found in
a car wreck. Isabelle speculated that she might have been the
shooter but Cassie pointed out that her car was in the wrong
direction. Donna made another attempt to warn Julia away from
Bobby but to no avail. Jake was forced to drop the custody suit
after he was shown the video tape of him attacking Cassie at the
party. Bobby told Donna and Michael that he was not responsible
for the shooting. Mindy was revealed to be the shooter and was
angry that Barbara had died, hoping to pin the crime on her.
Adrienne blasted Greg for his attitude towards Danielle. Adrienne
accused Isabelle of poisoning Greg's mind but was surprised when
she supported Danielle. Lauren began to regain her sanity after
stopping taking the pills. A private detective gave Mindy
information about Lauren's daughter Megan. In Cleveland, Megan's
adoptive mother Sheila was horrified to discover that Megan was
trying to contact Lauren. Julia went to Travis's office to inform
him that Adrienne and David were sleeping together but he threw
her out before she could. Mindy and John decided to celebrate when
doctors revealed that Adam could be released very soon. Danielle
introduced her parents to Courtney but the evening turned sour
when Greg arrived and voiced his disapproval. Isabelle warned Greg
that she would leave him unless he ended his bigotry. David
shunned Julia when she looked for a shoulder to cry on and she
considered suicide. However she decided to have a steamy encounter
with Bobby. Lauren found the tape recorder in her bedroom and
realized that Mindy was gas lighting her. Mindy took John back to
her hotel room and slipped drugs into his drink, hoping to get him
into bed. 36 - Decline and Fall
Mindy's attempts to seduce John failed and confused he left
the hotel room. After making love, Julia told Bobby that she had
been close to committing suicide but he says they will make
formidable team together. John returned home and slept with
Lauren. David met with a nurse from the sanitarium named Lucinda
Bauer and bribed her to plant a knife in Stephanie's cell. Donna
confronted Bobby after she discovered that he had slept with Julia
and he threatened her with death unless she and Michael kept out
of it. Lauren broke into Mindy's hotel room and found the gun and
drugs. Mindy returned and forced her out before calling John and
telling him that Lauren just attacked her. Danielle thanked
Adrienne for her understanding and told her to go on a getaway
weekend with Travis. Guy and Cassie enjoyed their victory over
Jake by spending time in Santa Barbara. Stephanie coaxed Carrie
into confessing about her affair with Dr Bryce but was taken to
her cell where she was confronted with the knife which Lucinda
planted. Danielle attempted to reconcile with Greg by asking for a
summer internship with Pacific West but he cruelly turned her
down. Julia was horrified to find out that she was being followed.
John wouldn't listen when Lauren tried to inform him about Mindy
and told her she needed help before leaving the mansion. Michael
visited Julia and once again warned her not to get involved with
Bobby but she refused to heed his advice. Adrienne called David
before leaving for Carmel with Travis. Danielle went to the
airport to say goodbye to Courtney but found her in the arms of
another woman. Cassie and Guy's trip was ruined when Jake was
discovered to be visiting Lucas. As Michael and Donna left her
apartment, a car prepared to run them down. Dr Bryce decided to
withdraw his recommendation from the parole board but Stephanie
blackmailed him over his affair with Carrie Bishop and forced him
to reconsider. Lauren was confronted at the mansion by Mindy who
had information about Megan. During the struggle which followed,
Lauren accidentally pushed her over the balcony and John and
Isabelle returned home to find her lifeless body on the patio. 37
- Desperate Measures
Isabelle and John managed to save Mindy's life as Lauren hid
the file on Megan. Michael and Donna were unharmed after the hit
and run attempt but decided to stay away from Bobby and Julia.
Travis and Adrienne's weekend in Carmel got off to a less than
happy start. Danielle called the Perkins home and discovered that
there was nothing wrong with Courtney's mother. Stephanie called
Mark in Beverly Hills and persuaded him to come back for her
parole hearing. Mindy told John that she had some form of amnesia
and could not remember what happened before her fall. Lauren was
unable to burn the file on Megan and saw a picture of her daughter
for the first time. Travis saved Adrienne's life when she nearly
fell over a cliff. Cassie and Guy were forced to leave Lucas in
Santa Barbara with Jake. Mindy informed Lauren that she could
remember everything and attempted to blackmail her into leaving
John. Michael informed Isabelle of Bobby's criminal ties. Julia
warned Stephanie at the sanitarium that she would do anything to
stop her from being released. Isabelle assured Lauren that she
would take care of Mindy. Adrienne slept with Travis after he
saved her life but David arrived at the cabin and persuaded
Adrienne that he was the one she wanted. Isabelle went to the
hospital and warned Mindy that she was playing with fire. Bobby
proposed to Julia. Greg and Danielle made amends in light of
Courtney's deception and decided to go to England to confront her.
Cassie and Guy were annoyed when Jake returned late with Lucas.
Lauren finally convinced John that Mindy was mentally unstable. A
deranged Carrie Bishop entered Stephanie's cell, determined to get
revenge after being dumped by Dr Bryce. Isabelle went to Bobby and
asked him to get rid of Mindy. 38 - Family Ties
Stephanie freed herself from Carrie's murder attempt and
warned Dr Bryce that if she suffered a setback, she would make him
pay. Isabelle told Lauren and John that she had hired Bobby to get
rid of Mindy. At the hospital, Mindy was taken down to the
basement by an orderly named Bart but he knocked her out and took
her away. Danielle and Greg boarded the Masters jet to England in
order to confront Courtney. Mindy woke up in a warehouse where
Bart threatened her with a gun and warned her to go back to Los
Angeles. Tommy returned home and informed David that Mark was on
his way back too. Lauren was pleased when Jessica arrived but was
forced to break the news over Julia's nuptials. Donna received a
call from her father's lawyer Giorgio and learnt that he was in
debt. Michael realizes that he must be using Julia for her money.
Mark arrived at Morgan's old apartment and was greeted by old
memories. Jessica confronted Jake about his treatment of Cassie
but he vowed to make his ex-wife pay. Donna and Michael arrived at
the private airstrip but learned that Julia and Bobby had already
left for New York. Mindy turned up at the Wheeler mansion to get
Adam back but Lauren forced her to leave without him. Travis and
Adrienne returned from Carmel to find out about Greg and
Danielle's reconciliation. Adrienne later called David and
arranged a meeting. Bobby and Julia married in New York. Jessica
and Tommy met with Donna to discuss the STD clinic but confided
their concern over Julia. Danielle got closure with Courtney by
ending things for good. Julia called Jake and told him to bring
Lucas to the Santadio house where Bobby would take care of them.
She later found Bobby and Giorgio holding a mysterious
conversation unaware that they were plotting her murder. Lauren
and Cassie prepared to go to Cleveland to visit Megan. John took
Adam to the airport to say goodbye to Mindy and offered visitation
rights if she got help when she arrived back in LA. Travis was
horrified to find Adrienne in bed with David. A shocked Isabelle
received a letter suggesting that Greg killed his first wife
Vanessa. 39 - Obsession
Isabelle showed signs of fear towards Greg after receiving the
letter. Lauren and Cassie arrived at a hotel in Cleveland and
prepared to go and see Megan. Julia overheard a phone conversation
between Bobby and Giorgio and realized that they were planning to
kill her for her money. Travis confronted Adrienne about her
affair in front of the family and warned her to choose between him
and David. Adam began to misbehave and missed Mindy. Robert,
Leslie and Mark arrived at the Elliott house ready for Stephanie's
parole hearing. Julia attempted to escape the Santadio mansion but
Bobby caught her. Jake spied on Guy and Lucas. John called Palmer
Stewart who informed him that Mindy had checked herself into a
clinic. Despite David trying to put a stop to it, Stephanie was
granted on parole and it was revealed that she forced Robert and
Leslie to bribe Riley Hudson into not appearing. Isabelle
questioned Adrienne about Vanessa's death but Greg put a stop to
it before she could get any answers. Lauren found Megan working at
a cafe but was unable to reveal herself. Tommy went to see Jessica
after she ran out of Stephanie's parole hearing. She told him that
she couldn't forgive his mother for attacking her so soon after
her rape. Bobby locked Julia in his bedroom in the mansion.
Michael persuaded Donna to elope with him. A panicked Jessica
asked Donna to call Bobby who told her that Julia left him days
ago. Mark returned to Los Angeles and told Brooke that he hadn't
informed his family of their relationship. Adrienne walked out on
a devastated Travis. David was horrified to find Stephanie already
moved back into the Elliott house. Jake kidnapped Lucas and drove
off with Guy in hot pursuit. However, he lost control of the car
and crashed. 40 - For Better or For Hearse
Guy pulled a bleeding Lucas and Jake free from the car before
it exploded. Donna and Michael set off for Las Vegas. Adrienne
arrived on David's doorstep to move in but influenced by
Stephanie's presence, he ended the relationship. Guy attacked Jake
for endangering Lucas and vowed to make him pay. Travis found
Adrienne drunk and on the verge of suicide. Isabelle went to a
library in San Francisco and looked through newspapers to find
information on Vanessa's death. To her horror, she discovered that
Vanessa had drugs in her system when she drowned. Stephanie
visited Jessica and begged her not to blame Tommy for her
mistakes. Julia began to seduce Bobby, hoping it would stop him
from killing her. She told him that he could have her money now
that they are married without resorting to murder. He agreed to
think about it. Jake and Guy were informed that Lucas needed a
blood transfusion. Greg burst in on David and threatened him for
ruining Adrienne's life. Lauren arrived at Megan's house and
introduced herself as her mother. Stephanie was humiliated in a
spa after David canceled her membership. Then she was accosted by
a customer and returned the favor by spraying water in the woman's
face. Danielle informed Travis and Adrienne that she was going
back to England because of their behavior. Michael and Donna got
married in Las Vegas. Stephanie stormed home looking for David
before taking off again and leaving Tommy worried that she had
regressed back to her old ways. Lauren and Megan talked about the
adoption before Megan's parents came home. Guy called Isabelle and
summoned her to the hospital but before she could leave, Mark
arrived in her office and told her that he had been hired to write
a tell all biography of the Wheeler family. Adam found papers in
Lauren's bedroom and John discovered the existence of his
step-daughter. Bobby arrived to kill Julia but she got the upper
hand and knocked him out. After calling Jessica, Bobby attacked
her again but she shot him dead. Dr Choi revealed to Guy that he
is Lucas's father, not Jake. David was run down by an unseen
assailant after leaving his office. |
