Sorry it's been so long since my last update. Real life gets in the way sometimes.
I was delighted to see that several of my fan fiction pieces received several new awards this month. Surprisingly, my biggest winner is "Prowlers," (The Midnight Fever Awards: "Relationship/Character Fic"; Fancy Me Yours Awards: "Best Crossover Fic" and "Best Threesome--Runner-Up") a dark fic I've always had mixed feelings about. I also received the "Best NC-17 Author" from FMYA. "Repeat the Sounding Joy" won "Best Answer to a Challenge" and "What the Heart Wants" was "Best BDSM--Runner-Up" and "Best PWP--Runner-Up." Thank you so very much, both the judges who scored and judged my work and all of my readers. I truly appreciate all of you so much! BiNE!!! is a hobby I will never regret because it has helped me develop my own writing as well as interact with other writers and readers. &nsbp;God bless you all!
I am currently working on my "Adrenaline" trilogy, specifically the second book, "Madame Royale." I am always interested in feedback if a reader has the time. "Adrenaline" is ultra-AU/AR fiction: the BtVS and AtS characters have more supporting roles than spotlight roles, so these stories are not for strictly canon fic lovers. I have to say I enjoy the freedom of working with original characters more and more. I think the writing I do here is definitely "fresher" and more original. If you check it out and enjoy it, please tell me, I'd love to hear from you.
I am currently editing two new fic submissions to BiNE!!! from other authors, hope to have them posted SOON. Again, RL gets in the way so please have patience.

Two Authors at BiNE!!! received fan fiction awards at Shadows-and-Dust: Fiatlux's "Hello and Good-Bye...Again" (PG-13) won Best Conventional Shipper's Fiction and Princess Plum Jade's "Prowlers" (NC-17 DARK FIC) won Best Character History.

Gee...This is my first update after "Buffy" is officially over! It feels so very strange! I'm no longer a slave to the TV every Tuesday night! Thank goodness Season 4 DVD will be out soon and we'll still have Angel for a (hiccoughing sob) little while.
For "Remission"/"Southern Hospitality" fans, YES I am STILL working on these projects and I haven't kept up with them very well. I have some personal issues going on that really cut into my time and creativity. "Remission is already about 80% complete and I have unprocessed drafts I haven't posted yet. I'm not hangning you out to dry, everyone, I just haven't had a lot of quality time to offer my best work for these projects. Thank you for understanding!

Hi everybody! It's nice to be back. Thank you so much for the kind and supportive e-mails you all sent during a really dificult time! They really did help me out a LOT!
I'm updating today with a few things and hope to have BiNE!!! back to its more "normal" self soon. My schedule is a bit flip-floppy, though, so please be patient with me! =)

FINALLY...I have awarded TWO Dark Magick Rose Awards! (For those of you who do not know, Dark Magick Roses are for a really superior challenge fic submission at Dark Magick Challenges. If you enjoy a challenge for shipper fics, please check out the challenges listed there.
Fiatlux won a Dark Magick Rose for her Angel/Cordelia fic, "Confession" (R for brief language) I find this fic a little dificult to classify because it's angsty but it's also really fluffy. Let's just say Angel really wants to discuss a sensitive subject with Cordelia.
Larilynn's "My Favorite Mistake" (SOFT "R") is a wonderful Angel P.O.V. piece concerning his future relationship with Faith and how--sometimes--mistakes can be right.

This is a "Southern Hospitality" crossover fic with the Babyverse, a fascinating AU world directed by some truly remarkable writers. (If you loathe the babyverse you may as well hush, because I think it's wonderful!)
Charlie Jolivette, Buffy Summer's rambunctious bratty cousin, is all grown up (sort of) and flung into the Babyverse. Naturally, she and Spike are still good friends (once they clear up the mistake where she nearly dusts his favorite son!) I am interested in feedback (Do you like Charlie here or should I bring her home?)

Miss U.K. wrote a ficlet of Ramadevi and Vampire Xander in the Wishverse! "Only in Dreams" is an angsty little POV ficlet. Ramadevi is consort to Vamp Xander, but cannot rid herself of the feeling that another was meant to her her partner...

HAPPY SAINT PATRICKS DAY!!!
I am busily working on "Remission" and a short fic involving Ramadevi and Vampire Xander in the Wishverse. The fic is nearly complete and should be posted within the week. "Remission" needs more editing and should be up a little later.
Some recent changes at BiNE!!!
I've eliminated the Dark Magick Message Board. Why? Because no one ever used it, including myself! It was just a little too much extra maintainence for me. I also eliminated Belladonna, the section I'd created as a tribute to Willow/Tara. I just couldn't commit the time to archiving the fics to fill it up! My hands are full of BiNE!!! and DMCA and I'm satisfied with that!
I archived another dark erotica piece by Kallie Rose: "Sweet Irish Brogue"(NC-17) is a fic that leaves me wondering HOW on earth to feel about it! It's sexy, scary, and smutty. Check it out and don't forget to FEED the author! ;)

I have quite a lot of written fic I haven't proofed and gotten into the computer yet, guys, try and be patient. I've been rather ill lately and haven't been up to typing much. Hopefully, I'll have a new "Remission" update in the near future.

"I Still Dance" is a loving tribute to the romantic attachment between Willow and Tara. &nbs;Written in Tara's POV, it refers to their sincerity as well as the necessity for Willow to move forward with her life. Compelling and emotional, like all of Spheres's work. Thank you for sharing with us!

SalinhaH20: "Reclaiming a Mate" NC-17 (Buffy/Angel and Xander/Anya) Season Four, a precious re-telling of the "Dracula" episode. Angel is aware Dracula has bitten and marked Buffy for his own and he is REALLY not happy about it!!!

I added a few new links today. I'm not entirely sure why, but lately I find myself gravitating more and more towards the Buffy/Angel(us) pairing as my creative muse. I think I'm feeling nostalgic since the rumor machine is stating that BtVS is ending this season. I really do love the idea of "true love conquering all" in the Buffyverse, but we all know that damned sadist in charge would never give us that! Or would he?
BiNE!!! has some new graphics and banners thanks VERY MUCH to Cally of Double Rainbow. Cally will be building some new customised graphics for BiNE!!! shortly. She will also assist me with re-vamping Dark Magick Challenges. She has really wonderful taste and subtlety as an artist and I'm waiting on pins and needles to see my new goodies! "Spoils" has been awarded the "Runner Up" plaque in the Angel/Cordelia category at the Believe Awards!!! I'm always so excited when "Spoils" gets any attention because it's AR concept is SO far out. But really, guys, it's not THAT far a stretch to imagine Angelus in B.C. Rome, isn't it? I mean that guy's got the type of creativity and imagination the MAFIA gives scholarships for!

Daddykat: "Dark-Winged Virtue" is a soulful view of Spike's highly romanticised love for Drusilla. Another great face to see at BiNE!!! again!
Fiction:
Princess Plum Jade: "Remission" Chapter Ten is completed. It's a very pivotal chapter that helps draw the plotline forward. I'm proud beyond words that "Remission" was recently award the "Believe" (Best Original Character Fic) by Shadows and Dust! Of all my fics, I've put more effort and "heart" into "Remission" than most and I'm grateful to think that the judges thought I brought Ramadevi to life enough to award her!
My second offering is "Prowlers" and I want to warn you that this is NOT my typical romantic/fantasy/erotica! It's a dark NC-17 piece (Spike's POV) and includes elements of rape and torture. I thought LONG and HARD about including "Prowlers" on my BiNE!!! menu but I've received some really good feedback on it from a list group where I posted it and Miss U.K. has assured me it's some of my best writing. So, take a gander if you like "darker" fic and let me know what you think of it! ; )
I re-edited "Repeat the Sounding Joy"(NC-17 Buffy/Angel(us?)) after having it beta-read (thanks so much to Fiatlux and Jacqui!) and the fic has nearly doubled in size! Readers have been awfully quiet about "Repeat" and I don't know if that means it's a bad fic, or simply mediocre.
Angst really isn't my style, but I tried to introduce some dark and deep emotions in this fic. PLEASE take a look at it and let me know what you think! I really wanna know!
Willowluv: "Prom Dates & Spankings" is a neat "artistic intrepretation" of a challenge I published a while ago. THIS IS HARD-CORE NC-17!!! The title really does say it all...

Fiction:
Gileswench: "A Dream Come True"(PG-13); "An Innocent Picnic" (G); and "Awfully Fond of You"(R) are three warm and cuddly Buffy/Giles fics. In all frankness, I have been REPULSED by the concept of Buffy/Giles as a romantic pairing before I read these. They are fairly short and really sweet, lovingly written. Enjoy!!!
