臨床工作能力
1. 有15年從事人體器官移植臨床醫療工作的經歷﹐在1996年出國前已獨立施行及
管理100多例腎移植及肝等移植若干例﹐因手術技藝精湛､成功率極高﹐在當
地及業界頗受讚譽。更于1994年成功主持施行亞洲第一例腹部多器官(肝胰腸
) 聯合移植術﹐護手術圓滿成功﹐當時在全國及亞洲造成轟動﹐同濟醫大並
因此 被國際器官移植學會列為當時全球能實施多器官聯合移植的七個移植中心
之一。 來美國後﹐更多方參與及觀摩移植﹐學到不少新移植及技術。
2. 同時有15年普外臨床工作經驗﹐本人的腹部外科專家門診及普外病房在當地有
較好知名度﹐大量求診病員終年不絕。本人能獨立主持及管理各種普外手術病
例﹐包括上到甲瘤﹐下至下肢靜脈曲張﹐小到乳瘤摘除﹐大到各種癌症擴大根
治術。手術細膩獨到﹐絕少失誤。這也為器官移植特別是腹部器官移植打下了
堅實的基礎。
科研能力
1. 長年堅持不斷地堅持科研工作﹐多次受重大資助﹐如國家自然科學基金､衛生部
科研基金等。多次多級受獎﹐發表了大量中外文章。
2. 來美國後主要集中于移植免疫研究。能極純熟地施行從豬狗到小鼠的各種移植術。
通曉移植免疫理論及免疫學試驗方法。
3. 熟悉病理學及一些生物學試驗方法和技術。
4. 能熟練運用多種科研儀器和試驗設備。
5. 有極強的電腦技術及能力﹐熟練運用各種操作系統及試驗和辦公軟件。
