1.) I don't consider a rabbit sold until I recieve a 50% deposit on the price of the rabbit. Until then it's first come, first served. I will only hold the rabbit until the date agreed upon, unless there are changes agreed on by both the buyer and I BEFORE the previous date is reached. Upon reaching the date agreed on, and the person does not come and I do not hear from them, the rabbit goes back up for sale, and the proccess starts again. The 50% deposit is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. I only accept cash, money order, or certified checks from the bank. I DO NOT accept personal checks.

2.) I guarantee that the rabbit is free of disease or illness for two weeks after the purchase date. Any illnesses or death before the 2 weeks is up, I am more than willing to work out an even trade or reinbursment. Note that I must be informed about the illness BEFORE the 2 weeks is up and
I require proof that there is illness or death.  Anything brought to my attention after the two weeks WILL NOT be reinbursed or traded.

3.) If purchasing a junior, then I do not gaurantee their senior weight. Most likely juniors I sell will fall within the wieght requirements but since feed, excerisize, etc. vary I cannot gaurantee what their senior wieght will be.

4.) I am always willing to answer any questions or concerns! Just e-mail me at:

Pets: Pet rabbits are just what they are called: PETS. They are not ment for showing OR breeding. This means that for some reason or another they do not quite measure up to ARBA standards but are still very friendly and a purebred Holland Lop. Some rabbits that I sell would make fine pets even though they are a higher quality.

Brood Doe/Buck: Brood means that the rabbit is ment for breeding purposes. They are usually showable, just not quite as good and wouldn't place as well at shows. They are best just used for breeding purposes or can also make good pets.

4-H/ FFA: 4-H rabbits are very sound representations of the Holland Lop breed, and should place fine at 4-H and FFA shows and some of the smaller ARBA shows. They just aren't quite the top quality ARBA show rabbits, but they are free of disqualifications and can be shown at ARBA shows. They have also been worked with for doing showmanship and have a good, calm personality for it. That is the
major differance between 4-H rabbits and show rabbits. They would also make good pets or could be breed when older.

Show: Show rabbits are the top-quality Holland Lop. They are very sound representations of the Holland Lops breed and and are ment to be shown at ARBA shows. When they are old enough most can also be used for breeding. Of course they could also go as pets, but they would be better off being shown, as that's what they are ment to do.
