Used to be one of the main NGE fanfiction archive, now looks more dead than anything else.
MediaMiner.org
Fanfiction archive similar in some ways to Fanfiction.net (as people can put their stories on it) but with less regulations (so will support NC-17 stories). I find browsing through it harder than FF.net, but it may be just me.
NERV - A author support website
Here we have a webpage supporting fanwork: fanfiction, fanart, doujinshi (not the hentai kind!) Still in it's infancy, but might grow into something quite interesting. Promising.
A Sailor Moon Romance
Sailor Moon fanfiction archive.

Archive dedicated to NGE Rei and Shinji stories.
The rec.arts.anime.creative archive

Review groups
The Evangelion Fanfic Review Syndicate
Name of the page says it all. Interesting reviews to say the least. A lot of
them can help you sort the "good" and "bad" fics. No longer updated.
SEELE
A review group I started, based on the work of the EFRS. Hasn't been updated in ages, though.
The Fanfic Yakuza
Evangelion fanfic reviews with a mean bite.
Project R
The newest of Evangelion fanfiction review groups, at least that I know of...
Author webpages
Ammadeau.net
Ammadeau's webpage. Initially known as a fanfiction writer, Ammadeau's now moved to original fiction. Unfortunately, the current incarnation of his webpage no longer shows traces of his fanfiction debuts. Which is a shame, considering that some of his stories, as his current ones, were very interesting (I'm sure glad to have kept several of them on hard disk drive).
Anime'
Webpage of Jim Lazar, author of the famous/infamous NGE story, "Garden of EVA". He also wrote Ranma 1/" stories, such as the excellent "Modern Dynasty" saga and the "Ranma-ototo" mini-series.
Bailesu's Homepage
Homepage of John Walter Biles, aka Bailesu, veterant of anime fanfiction, co-author of the excellent and several times awarded NGE/Lovecraft fusion "Children of an Elder God", as well as Ranma, Sailormoon and multiple crossover fics.
David A. Tatum's Anime Fanfic Page
Contains interesting Ranma stories such as "The Return of the Sisters" and "Three Souls, One Heart" as well as other stories, Ranma or non-Ranma related.
Fire's Fanfic
Many excellent Ranma, Evangelion and Sailormoon crossover stories.
Jason Wong's Homepage
A promising author, probably mainly known in Ranma circles with his award winner story, "Way of the Ninjitsu". Also available is the beginning of what might become a rather interesting Ranma/SM crossover. An author worth keeping an eye on...
LeeKing Works Anime Fanfiction
Home of various fanfic stories. Cover series such as Neon Genesis Evangelion, Ranma 1/2, Fatal Fury, Rurouni Kenshin and others.
Lara's Fanfics
Mostly Ranma, with some Evangelion and crossover fics. Home of "Pages", a Yui/Gendo NGE fanfic.
Lord Archive's Fan Fiction Page
A known writer in the Ranma 1/2 fanfic circle, author of the excellent "The Insanity Continues" series. I personally like this Slayers series "The Slayers: Reward".

Home of the excellent Magical Girl Pretty Ruri fanficion, among other stories.
The Doorway to Studio Mako-chan

Many excellent Ranma, Ah! My Goddess and Sailormoon crossover stories, as well as some very nice fanart related to his work.
The Homepage of Jeffrey "OneShot"
Wong (E-Mail)
A collection of stories, mainly Ranma 1/2. Mostly OOC like the author says himself, but still quite interesting. Home of the Won't die Ranma/BGC/EVA/Other crossover series.
The Ultimate Codex of Twoflowerian Fiction
The central page of all the stories written by famous Ranma 1/2 and Slayers fanfic writer, Stefan "Twoflower" Gagne. Don't miss as well his original story, Sailor Nothing, a trip in the darker side of shoujo anime, as well as his multi writer mega crossover MTCFF Ultra.
Ranma 1/2 stories
Genma's Daughter
by Deborah Goldsmith
Written by Deborah Goldsmith, "Genma's Daughter" is one of my all time favorites Ranma 1/2 alternate stories. And quite possibly the Ranma story I've read the most often.
Girl Days
by Kenko
"The concept of Ranma being a girl full time has been used with elegance, with depth, with wisdom, with controversy, with angst, with strange tragedy and unexpected joy. SOMEONE had to do it with sheer lunacy, daffiness, and the occasional really big mallet." Quote from the "Girl Days" page. A very enjoyable story.
Hearts of Ice
by Krista Perry
A Ranma 1/2 tale of adventure and romance, myth and magic, love and revenge. From my POV, the best Ranma 1/2 adventure and epic story so far.
I'll Met By Starlight
by Susan Doenime & Mike Loader
A Ranma story set in an alternate universe, where Ranma isn't quite the Ranma we all love. A dark story, possibly not suitable for all. While I'm more into WAFFy stuff, I really like this one for it's unusual theme.
Relentless
by Grayson Towler
A tale of power, gags, and intense vengeance... See Ranma trying to survive against a foe which tirelessly hunts down it's prey.
The More Things Change... and it's sequel
The Pursuit of Happiness
by -M- Productions
One of my favorites Ranma 1/2 follow-up series. Also my favorite Ryoga series. Contains all the comedy elements of the original series and the slight romantic hints. A fic not to miss.
Waters Under Earth
by Alan Harnum
Massive Ranma 1/2 fantasy epic. Evil threatens to engulf the world and fate has chosen Ranma Saotome as its hero. Perhaps an overly long tale, but one that was enjoyable nonetheless.
Other stories
Neon Exodus Evangelion
By Eyrie Productions, Unlimited
Don't let the title fool you. This is not an NGE story, but rather a big crossover between NGE, X-Com, The X-Files and Tomb Raider. The authors claim that this story has the "flavor of the EVANGELION world" but I completely disagree: removing Shinji removes any feel of EVA, all that's left are the mecha and part of the cast (and some are quite different). But don't get me wrong, this is quite an enjoyable fic. Very well written. Although, the latest chapters were a bit weird...
Paradise Lost
by Andy Kent
Home of the Ranma/NGE crossover, "Paradise Lost"
Past/Future
by Long Ngo
Ah! My favorite Ranma/EVA crossover. In this one Ranma isn't allmighty powerful. And best of all, he falls for Rei! (I just love Ranma/Rei matches...). I can't wait for the conclusion. You can also look his main page for other great stories such as Ranma 1/2: Kasumi's wish or the Ranma/SM crossover, Eye's of a Stranger's
Senshi in College
by Megan Leigh Lavey
My first introduction to anime fanfiction has been through Sailormoon fics. Despite that fact, however, I don't follow much of those. Probably because with time, as I discover other anime series, my interest in SM faded. This is (so far) the only Sailormoon fanfic series (that is, which is not a crossover) I'm currently following. A very interesting anime follow up which uses in a very imaginative way elements of the manga which have been unfortunately changed or discarded. A very interesting read.
Still in reconstruction, more links to be added...
