Will graduated from the University of Memphis with a degree in Film/ Communications.  He also holds a degree in Electronics Technology from the Brown Institute in Minneapolis.  Will's education and experience derive from all areas of film, video and television production including camera operation, lighting, audio and video engineering and editing.

Will is the Managing Editor for an independent film magazine called Cinema Review, which explores film, music and pop culture.

He currently is interested in reality-based films and is the director of Fine Grind's two documentaries:  "Small Timers" and "Summer of Youth."
