Once a booking is confirmed a legal contract has been entered into and in the event of cancellation the full amount must be paid. You may wish to take out cancellation insurance (details of which will be sent with confirmation of booking).
No receipt is sent for balance of payment unless requested.
Electricity and central heating is included in the price
Bed linen, towels etc. are provided and beds made up ready for arrival.
Cars, luggage and all personal effects are at guests' risks at all times
Any breakages or damages must be paid for.
Cottages are available from 3pm onwards.
Please vacate by 10 am to allow for any maintenance between lettings.
Please leave the accommodation as clean and tidy as it was found upon arrival.
Regrettably, pets cannot be accepted
Smoking is not permitted inside the cottages, but is acceptable outside.
