The cottage has its own patio with table and chairs, and access to the main gardens of Hall Farm from this. There is also a conservatory leading onto the patio.
Ground Floor
Off the entrance hall and corridor is the cosy sitting room complete with a large new comfy sofa and a beautiful old writing desk. The original fireplace still exists although this is non-working.
Opposite the sitting room is a large kitchen with dining area. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a dishwasher. The windows overlook the front gardens of Hall Farm and the beautiful tree-lined drive which runs between two fields with horses in them.
The cottage has its own utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
First Floor
Upstairs are two bedrooms (one large twin, one double) both with their own washbasins, and containing antique furniture. The bathroom with shower over the bath and separate toilet is off the landing between the 2 bedrooms.
