REVIEW OF CONTRACTS AND DOCUMENTS
You can have an unlimited number of legal documents of up to ten pages each reviewed by your Provider Attorney. Included each year is one business document review at no additional cost. Your Provider Attorney will analyze the documents and suggest changes for your benefit, before you sign!

WILLS FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY
A will for you at no additional charge with yearly reviews and updates - not just a "simple" will, but one that meets YOUR needs. Wills for covered family members just $20 each; changes and updates only $20. Trust preparation is available at a 25% discount A "Will Questionnaire" is included in your contract packet to be completed and sent to your provider firm.

MINOR LEGAL EXPENSES
Your provider Attorney will represent you or your covered family member against moving traffic violations at no additional cost to you. Now you can have help with traffic tickets and not have to worry about the cost of representation.

Your provider Attorney will defend you or your covered family members when you are charged with manslaughter, involuntary manslaughter, negligent homicide or vehicular homicide at no additional cost to you.

Representation under this benefit is provided as a result of the operation of a properly licensed motor vehicle. Any fines and court costs are the member's expense. Pre-existing conditions, charges of DUI/DWI related matters, drug related matters, hit and run related charges and unmeritorious cases are excluded. Commercial vehicles with more that two axles are not covered. However, you may receive a 25% discount and consult with your Provider Attorney under the unlimited toll-free consultation benefit for any exclusions under this benefit.

Up to 75 hours of attorney-time...
During your first plan year, you have up to 75 hours of your Provider Attorney's time at no additional cost when your or your spouse are named defendant or respondent in a covered civil, or job-related criminal action filed in court. The criminal action must be one which arises out of the direct performance of the covered person's employment activities. Your provider firm can advise you of the documents required to determine coverage under this benefit.

Of these 75 hours, up to 17.5 hours may be used for all legal services rendered in defense of the covered suit prior to actual trial. Up to 57.5 of the remaining hours are available for actual trial time including covered criminal preliminary hearings.

 
Trial Defense Services do not cover dissolution of marriage, separation, annulment, child custody or other divorce-related matters, bankruptcy, charges of DUI/DWI or drug-related matters. You may use your 25% discount and the unlimited toll free consultations benefit for any of these exclusions. Acts or matters occurring prior to the membership that give rise to a lawsuit, even though the lawsuit may be filed after enrollment are excluded as pre-existing conditions.

Scheduled benefits up to 50 hours of professional services from your Provider Attorney to help defray the cost of audit representation. This does not cover corporate or business tax returns, although we offer other plans for these circumstances.

Other legal services not specifically covered by the membership are available at a 25% discount from the Provider Attorney's standard or corporate rate for representation.

FAMILY: Our comprehensive family legal plan offers: unlimited toll free consultations, letters/phone calls, Will preparation and update, legal document review, motor vehicle services, trial defense, IRS audit assistance, and a guaranteed 25% hourly discount on legal services not otherwise covered by the plan.

LAW OFFICERS: Similar to the Family Plan, the Law Officers Legal Plan provides 24-hour emergency telephone access to attorneys. Representation is available to members of the Law officers Legal Plan for administrative and post-termination hearings. This plan also offers many of the popular family plan benefits.

COMMERCIAL TRUCK DRIVERS: America's Original Commercial Drivers Legal Plan as specifically designed for the legal needs of the truck driver. This plan offers a comprehensive array of benefits including representation for moving/non-moving violations, arrest and bail bonds, tragic accident defense, as well as car rental discounts, theft reward, ambulance and emergency travel reimbursement for family vehicles.
