Chi can bring great balance if you use it correctly. Most of the time you can focus on your Dan-Tian, but there are occasions where that is not enough. To have pure balance, you must learn to circulate the chi in you and you must flow along with the chi. To have balance, you must send chi to your feet with the intention that it will anchor you down. your back must be perfectly straight. Send some chi to your back and hips as well for better balance. You must have a lot of chi in your Dan-Tian as well. It takes years to master balance, so don't worry about becoming proficient with this any time soon. This is like the only thing so far that I don't mind at all if you don't even try it out. It can take ten years for you to just get the basics of balance down. Power Defense |
