Chi also increases your power. The stronger your chi is, the hotter it feels. People have been known to put paper on fire because of the intense heat from their chi. Let's test out your chi now, shall we? Get a small piece of paper ( not a sheet ). Go now. I wont go away, I promise. Place the piece of paper in your hands. Start doing regular Chi Kung. Make your hands in the normal position as always. Make sure the paper doesn't fall out. Do the Chi Kung Breathing Cycles for however long it takes to burn the paper. Since you have become proficient with everything that I taught you, it shouldn't take you any longer than half an hour. It will most likely take you about five minutes to a half hour to do this. The faster the paper burns, the more power your chi contains. The more power your chi contains, the more power you have. Keep working on this. Try to be able to put the paper on fire after one second. Strength Balance |
