| Now we will combine all the defense skills you have learned and turn them into a daily routine. You will have to do these all once a day since you are used to it. You can tell that this section is coming to an end very fast. 1. Condtioning: All parts of body. Should take two hours atleast. You may exceed two hours, but do not train below two hours. 2. Iron Shirt: Any part of body for two hours atleast. You may exceed two hours, but do not train below two hours. 3. Speed Training: Two hours atleast. You may exceed two hours, but do not train below two hours. One hour mental training. One hour physical training. 4. Excersizing: Half an hour atleast. You may exceed half an hour, but do not train below half an hour. Balance Punching |
