Well I can see you have gotten very good at chi. You are probably wondering "Why didn't you place compacting before storing? It would have been easier to keep to chi together.". The reason I place compacting after storing is because you have to learn to take complete control over the chi. You have to be able to keep track of every chi in you. Compacting the chi will just make it easier for you. The harder something is, the better you get at it. Now to get to the method: You must gather all the chi you want into your Dan-Tian. Using your will power, try to tighten that chi. Just visualize it coming closer, closer, and closer. Imagine it squeezing together so tightly that it becomes solid. If you make it tight enough you will feel a knot in your Dan-Tian. It will be a very tight knot. The more you make it come together, the bigger the knot feeling. Once you have it completely compacted, it will feel like a solid ball in your Dan-Tian. A very hard, solid, ball. The more chi you gather, the longer it takes to compact into a solid because of the mass it will take up. Once you have it compacted, you can send it to anywhere in your body and use it on contact. Make sure that no energy falls apart while you are moving it to the destination. It should take you about a second to take it anywhere in your body because you did the controlling section very well and are proficient with it. Storing Mental Training |
