Hey you seem to be getting really good at this. Keep up the good work ^ ^. I seriously have to say that you really must love to train. I'll have to crank up the level now. For now on you must meditate atleast three hours a day. This is very, very important. This wont be boring at all. It is actually very fun. When you are in deep meditation, it feels as though you are very "high" or happy. No I don't do drugs. Meditation is seriously a healthy way of getting high though. The good thing is that you don't hallucinate or anything. Mental Training is training without any physical activities. It requires an abundance of visualization and patience. If you mentally train, you can punch faster, kick faster, become faster, jump higher, sense the chi better, and much, much more. Sounds neat, huh? To do this, all you have to do is think it. I will list some examples down here. Once you are done reading them, you will have an idea of what I am saying to you. From there, you can mental train any aspect of your body in any way you please. Punching Faster Stand up in a normal fighting stance and start punching with one hand only. Make the punches slow. Every time your hand goes forward, visualize that it is coming back. Every time your hand has come back, visualize it is going forward. This will trick your mind and help it think a lot faster, increasing the speed of your arm. Switch your stance and do the same with your other arm. If you do this every day, you can punch faster than anyone you know of. Keep up the hard work for it will eventually pay off. Kicking Faster Stand up in a normal fighting stance and start kicking with one leg only. Make the kicks slow. Every time your foot goes forward, visualize that it is coming back. Every time your foot has come back, visualize it is going forward. This will trick your mind and help it think a lot faster, increasing the speed of your leg. Switch your stance and do the same with your other leg. If you do this every day, you can kick faster than anyone you know of. Keep up the hard work for it will eventually pay off. Jump Higher This is the same concept as before. Every time you jump up, visualize you are on the ground, and every time you are on the ground, visualize yourself jumping up.
