Storing is essential for chi training because it teaches you how to save the chi you gather instead of losing it. It is actually very simple to explain, but the difficulty to perform it depends on how long you want to store the chi for. All you have to do is gather the chi and store it somewhere in your body by controlling it to that part. You may want to store it in an arm, in a leg, in a hand, in an elbow, in a knee, in shoulder, heck maybe even both arms, legs, shoulders, and hands. The reason for storing is so that in a battle you can fight fast enough to cause an ample of pain fast and get it over with. Remember this, "Never mess with your opponent. Finish him(her) as fast as you can and in the best way possible." If you have chi stored in you already, all youhave to do is throw a couple of strong moves and the battle is over. This requires a lot of focusing. First of all sit down on the ground in the Chi Kung Posture. Then, gather every bit of chi you can into your body. The longer you gather, the more chi you obtain. You should be able to pack in some deadly chi by now because you have become proficient with all that training in the earlier lessons such as controling and gathering. In about a second you should have very powerful chi, so imagine if you did this for about half an hour to an hour. Just kept gathering more and more chi and controlling it to wherever you wanted to. You'd have a great amount of power in you. The next thing to do is to stop the chi kung in the way it is said in the meditation section or else you will feel very dizzy. Then focus with all your might and will power on the areas where you have stored the chi out. Relax and sit down for about ten minutes and try to feel it out. Do whatever you want. Fool around, talk, blah blah blah blah, and yadda yadda yadda, but never lose focus or will power of the chi in you. If you feel any chi leave you, then you are not focusing hard enough and not using enough will power. Do not start over. Instead, try to just keep track of the chi that is still inside of you and do not lose it. It is best to have stored the chi in once place if you are a beginner because it is easier to concentrate on. Later on, you can do that stuff I said earlier about placing it in numerous places of the body and never losing it. Once you have mastered ten minutes, then try twenty minutes, then one hour. You don't have to sit at all though after the chi is stored. You can watch tv, go on the pc/computer, whatever. Just do not ever lose chi inside of you. Always focus on it. If you can do this for a full day then you are very close to mastering it. To master it, you should be able to keep the chi in you while doing whatever you want and never even try to focus, concentrate, or use any will power on it. Good luck.
