All that you have done so far is no where close to as easy to what you are about to do. It is time to get active now. I know the title seems calm and soothing "Conditioning", but you don't know what I am talkin about now. It is time to stop being weak. You have to step up to the plate. You must first learn to take a punch before you throw a punch. I'll get to the point. You must do the following things: 1. Run on rocks barefoot until you feel no pain when walking on them. Not sharp rocks. Just regular rocks. You must run on them long enough so that the next time you do this you will feel no pain. Try to do this for fifteen minutes today and then tommorrow for half an hour. The day after that try a full hour. You can take breaks to rest but you have to make up for the missed time. This will condition your feet so if you ever hit someone and they have a hard shin it wont hurt your foot. You can also jump from high elevations and absorb the impact. 2. After you have run on the rocks you must learn to condition your shins. Find a slim tree, pole, or the corner/side of a wall. Now just use a little bit of strength and bang your shin against it followed by your other shin. Do this for half an hour. Do not hit it too hard. Hit it just with taps of the shin in thesame spot over and over. The next day, try to use even more strength than the day the other day. You know if you are using too much strenght if it hurts like hell just when you have shinned it once. It shouldn't hurt that much at first. It will only hurt after you have done it for thirty minutes because you are repeatedly hitting the same spot, weakening it. 3. Tensen your muscles and ask someone to lightly punch your stomach. Tell him or her that make each punch harder than that last one. When it starts to hurt tell them to stop. Take a small break and then tell him or her to start again. This time there will be less pain than before. You should do this everyday for thirty minutes until a month is over. By the end of one month you should be able to take the strongest punch your opponent throws. This conditions your abdominal muscles. 4. This time you must condition your knuckles. Just get a wall and hit it lightly with the top two knucles of each hand. Each punch should be stronger than the previous punch. Keep doing this until it hurts. Take a small break and then start over. By the end of the month you should be able to put a crack in a five centimeter thick piece of wood. You must do all of these everyday for one whole month in order to succeed. Controlling Excersizes |
