So how has your training been going? Good? I hope so because this is starting to get a little more difficult. I mean to say this in the nicest way possible- YOU BETTER HAVE DONE EVERYTHING THAT HAS BEEN SAID SO FAR AND HAVE BECOME PROFICIENT WITH IT. This is very serious. There is no turning back now. This is a bit similar to gathering chi but not quite. Now to begin you have to get into a gathering position. Look at the area around you. Feel what cannot be seen. Sence the heat around you. Gather the chi into your Dan-Tian as a start. Move the chi from your Dan-Tian to let's say to your belly button. It's not a great distance but it's a good place for beginners. That way you can learn to keep all your energy together while moving it to the designated place. Visualize the chi inside your Dan-Tian. Just keep focusing on it and remember to be very calm and happy while doing this. Try to get a good image of the chi. You should be visualising: A large, green, transparent ball. This is the Dan-Tian. Imagine blue chi swirling around in the ball. The chi is very small. The size of the two is like comparing Earth ( Chi ) to Jupiter ( Dan-Tian ). Remember never to visualize dark blue when gathering, controlling, or any other type of use for chi. Always make it regular blue, meaning this color: CHI. Now just visualize your whole body transparent. Take the swirling chi and let it slowly come together while it is still in your Dan-Tian. To do this all you must do is use your will power to bring the chi together. Make it happen. Visualize it happening. Try to feel it out. Once the chi is close together you have to slowly make it go up while inhaling. Visualize the chi moving at a real slow pace. It should be traveling at the speed you're inhaling. Do not only visualize. Try to keep it together and move it up. Use your will power. Feel out the energy while it is going up. Try to let it glow in your body. It is pure light and pure heat. Let it go slowly up. Keep a good visualization in your head. Keep concentrating. Never ever lose your focus. Slowly let the energy reach your belly button. This will actually take about a few seconds. Keep building your skill. I want you to do this today and tommorrow for half an hour each day, or just a full hour today. All you have to do is control the chi to your belly button. Each day I want you to get a bit faster after every five tries. So if today you can control the chi in about ten seconds to your belly button after five tries, then I want you to make it faster by makin it nine seconds to your belly button. So all you are pretty much doing is increasing the speed every five tries until the full hour is over ( or half an hour if you do it today and tommorrow ). Once you have done this you should be able to control the chi to your belly button in less than a second. Remember that every time you increase the speed you must also increase the will power and belief and concentration to keep the chi together and not make it break apart. Once you have mastered controling it to the belly button then you must try to control the chi to your hmmmm... let's say the ahhh....to your right knee. Remember to place the chi first in the Dan-Tian then control it to your knee. Good luck. Remember to never stop believing. Note: Chi is invisible. Visualizing it a certain color wont actually make you see it. It just helps you perform it better. Gathering Conditioning |
