      Did you know that just by excersizing you can strengthen your chi? Well if not, well it's quite true. Do not weight train. Instead, try to engage in sports. You should play all the sports you can so you can have fun while excersizing. Do whatever you can to strengthen your chi. If you drink beer or any alcoholic product, I suggest you stop because it really messes up the chi. Try to atleast excersize for fifteen minutes a day in any possible way: Sports, push ups, chin ups, and etc.
