Policy and Procedures Payment Monthly invoices will either be given at the 1st lesson of each month or emailed. I will accept payment during the first lesson of each month by cash or by check made payable to Darlene Rose. Please note that a $15.00 fee will be asked of you to pay, in the event that the check is returned due to insufficient funds. Private/ Semi-Private Cancellation Notice Please allow 5 to 24 hours notice of any cancellation calls. Cancellation calls will allow the private student to receive a make-up lesson. It is important to contact me since I am traveling to your location. If the call is not received then you will not be credited for that lesson nor can that lesson be made up. Private/ Semi-Private Make-Up Lessons Private lessons can be made up if I am notified in a timely manner of a cancellation. In the event we are unable to reschedule your lesson, I will credit your next month's payment. Private/ Semi-Private Withdrawal Policy There is a two-month minimum enrollment requirement for all private lessons. A thirty-day notice is required to discontinue lessons. Refunds will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Group Lesson Cancellation Notice Please allow 5 to 24 hours notice of any cancellation calls. Group students do not receive a credit or a make-up but it is your responsibility to pick-up missed class assignments. Music will be left in a designated location for your convenience. Group Lesson Make-Up Lessons Group students do not receive a make-up lesson or credit. In the event your child falls behind, private lessons can be scheduled at the private lesson rate. Group Lessons Withdrawal Policy A thirty-day notice is required to discontinue lessons. Refunds will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
