Simple, I read your fic randomly, or you send me an e-mail telling me that your or some other guy's fic totally rocks and should win an award. In the e-mail, tell me what ROXY Award/Awards it should win, your or the author's name, the fic's name, the basic plot (don't give too much of it away... write one to four sentences about it), and where to find the fic (links are cool, too. But don't send attatchments, I'm a paranoic who thinks people want to crash my already fickle computer). Lastly, I'll e-mail you to let you know if your fic won (or didn't).
