Missing Toy Lines
Unfortunately, the toy market is ruled by supply and demand.  Although the likes of M.A.C. an DC Direct are making it easier for comic and anime' fans to enjoy characters the general public could care less about, there is still a multitude of lines that fans are praying for, but will probably never see.  Here's my personal list of what I wish we had....

1.  'Kingdom Come.'  The comic was a smash... even if Mark Waid and Alex Ross reeeeeally didn't get along.  Nonetheless, the series created a universe of characters that are begging for an action figure line.  Granted, all of these characters are FAMILIAR, but they aren't THE SAME.  Superman in a new dark costume, his trade-mark 'S' replaced by something else.  The Dark Knight in plate-mail.  The new Energy Flash reprodused in clear plastic.  Ah, we can only hope...

2.  'James Bond.'  For once, all those hokey gimmics from the Batman lines would make sense.  If theres' one thing Bond is known for, besides babes, it's GADGETS.  Imagine having the Lotus-Esprit which transforms into a sub from 'The Spy who Loved Me?'  How about the armed gyrocopter from 'You Only Live Twice?'  And the rogues gallery; Goldfinger, Jaws, Odd-Job.  Oh, and don't forget other characters such as Dr. Goodhead.  Ah, it's good to be Bond.

3.  'Might Orbots.'  When I was in highs school, there were three cartoons you had to watch; Robotech, Star Blazers, and ... Mighty Orbots!  Ok, so Ono was REALLY annoying.  Nonetheless, the Orbots themselves were stunning, the monsters were cool, and Might Orbots itself rocked and begged to be made into a 11" combiner.  Take that, Unicron!

4.  'Freakazoid.'  I wish Cartoon Network would show this more often.  Yes, The Tick, Animaniacs, and Pinky and the Brain are hysterical.  However, only Freakazoid has a rogues gallery composed of the likes of The Lobe and Gutierreze.(With voices provided at their melodramatic best by David Warner and Ricardo Montalban.)  Besides, how can you resist having a figure for a villain named Arms Akimbo?(Don't ask, long, silly story.)
