Ramblin' Man Gallery
Remember this guy from the '70s? The umpteenth teenager who's suckered into being a member of a galactic police force, blah, blah, blah. Ok, so in the end it felt like Spider-Man meets Green Lantern. Well Richard Rider was in hiding for a while and seemed destined to be another hero foot-note… until the Annihilation Wave.
After the success of the 'Annihilation' story line this guy is hot! Toy wise he's only been around once as part of the VERY short-lived Silver Surfer line. Considering the MOC version from the short-lived 'Silver Surfer' line goes for about $80 and over, a cheaper alternative is in order! Time to bring Nova back!
First, of course, gotta stick with the Marvel Legends scale and the new suit from Annihilation Wave. It sticks with the primary colors from the original suit but instead of looking like the generic 'superhero' look it now looks more like armor. The helmet should be removable, and the figure should include a removable flack jacket which he occasionally throws on during 'Annihilation'.
Next, since it's a Marvel Legends figure it should be packed with a stand that is littered with the corpses of bugs from the Annihilation Wave! Gross? Sure, but soooooooooooo cool!
Oh, and last but not least this is a two-pack with Star Lord, his second in command.
Ah, THAT'S more like it! Annihilus, eat this!
