Tallahassee, Florida --- In a week long civil trial in U.S. DISTRICT  COURT,  pro se defendants  Shawn O ' Hara,
(Mississippi),  Nelson " Skip " Foley  (Maine),  Jerome  Heinneman ( West Virginia ), Jeanne Doogs (Texas), Roy
Downing ( New Jersey ) and John Blare (California) have successfully defended and prevailed in a major lawsuit brought by the Kennedy -Dallas-faction against the above named individuals representing the REFORM PARTY NATIONAL COMMITTEE reorganized under the 2004 Charter & Bylaws, those State Party Organizations (SPO's)
still under the 2003 RPUSA Constitution, and the American Reform Party, a wholly seperate political committee.
