Dear Woman Accountants and Men Accountants Who Love and Respect Both Genders Equally, and All Those Interested in Humankind's Balance Sheet:

If you are an accountant today, it is likely that your offices and those of your colleagues, like the accounting offices of most of modern society, has almost as many women men. According to the US Department of Labor's Women's Bureau when it was still in existence in 1999, women comprised nearly 60% of the accounting and auditor jobs as of that year. In addition, according to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, women are now earning about half of all undergraduate degrees in accounting.

But just what are these women and their male colleagues counting and accounting? Is is possible that their well-intentioned counting and tax advice is literally killing and endangering billions of people and their planet as long they are not taking into account that their budget and tax-law-making legislatures remain gender imbalanced and are not held to Higher Account?

Perhaps it is time to remind humanity that the accounting term Good Will has a sacred spiritual meaning, and, like the Blessing of Love, is an intangible asset, that human beings had best certainly estimate and esteemate, even knowing that the full extent of Good Will and Blessing of the Higher Authority both watching us and within us may not yet be knowable by still maturing human beings:

With the exception of their low presence in legislatures of some countries, the statistics on women in higher education and all professions, including accounting, in most literate countries, insure that with just a little truth-facing, gender reconciliation, wisdom and love, women and fair men in these professions can, with their sisters and brothers of good conscience throughout all community and society in every profession and walk of life, exercise responsibility to hold those who make the laws, including laws on taxes and the budget they pay for, to global scrutiny and Higher Account themselves, on the matter of gender representation, to serve humanity well. Nowhere is this more urgently necessary right now than in England and the United States.

Whether Humanity acknowledges the Ultimate Unseen Presence or not, the Ultimate Accounting in and outside of the accounting profession is always being done by the Highest Power, that many call God or Love. All Around and Within Us. The issue at hand is whether humanity will balance its books on gender and representation before it fully betrays, dominates and destroys itself, and its planet.

Despite the gender balance of tax collection professionals, the legislatures in the same countries where many of these professionals work, that legislate the tax laws and design the budgets and priorities that taxes are used for, may be all or mostly men. And, more specifically, are too often men who seem not to mind the absence or marginalization and underrepresentation of women in the sessions of their specific countries' legislative, budgeting and law-making. They seem not to notice the absence of women's presence and ideas regarding ethical definitions and indices of economy and growth, year after year, decade after decade, for centuries.

These mostly male legislatures and the overwhelmingly male presiding executives who allegedly execute their literally man-made laws do so, while, according to a the website of one women's health organization coping with the economic debacle wrought by the 87% male-legislated United States and the all male-executive it regressively installed in year 2000: "The U.N. has figured out that $16 trillion worth of women's work -- in the home, in the family fields, in child care -- is unpaid and undervalued when computing global economic statistics. (See http://www.fwhc.org/health/selfcare.htm) This is even worse than a few years ago, when in 1996, the UN reported: "The value of women's unpaid housework and community work is estimated at between 10-35 per cent of GDP worldwide, amounting to $11 trillion in 1993. (See http://www.un.org/ecosocdev/geninfo/women/women96.htm) Remember, these trillions are yearly statistics. What the sum total of an estimate of women's unpaid work is over generations and centuries is a truly Awesome figure, which human beings can only dimly hope to estimate. Only the Unknowable Knows it in Loving and Compassionate Exactitude, in the living and cosmic database of the Ultimate, far greater than any database a Big Brother-Big Caesar can devise.

Yet, influenced by corporate and business realities, especially those in the United States and England and corporations based in these countries, and the residual trends of old, self-destructive human habits of prejudice, the UN itself remains gender imbalanced, disconnected from the gender balance wisdom of the gender partnership of its intended Partner Organization, the InterParliamentary Union and corrupted away from its own chartered purpose of democracy and real peace for all. At the UN, Catherine Bertini, a self-proclaimed Democrat-friendly Rockefeller Republican from New York, wears a token title as "Under-Secretary for Operations and Management; thus far in her work, she has already watched many cataclysms in her years of service under official gender imbalance; if she and Nane Annan fail to personally and openly call for urgent gender balance in both US and UN official government now, and as a criterion for membership in a meaningful UN, she had best prepare herself, women, and all humanity, to indeed be under, for many more and far worse. http://newtimes.rway.com/2003/012903/cover.shtml) Perhaps both Bertini and Nane Annan and any and all the kept-under secretaries and wives of still genderist generals of the UN must personally co-lead a strike, sit-in and work slow down of women there, if their husbands, the men of the UN leadership, will still turn a deaf hear to gender balance in office. In any case, gender balance is immediately needed at the UN if the UN is to survive as a real and respectable institution at all, and its world is to survive, as well.

Therefore, in light of these astronomic and awesome figures of injustice and error, women and fair men in the tax and financial professions have a profound ethical and spiritual responsibility to take a vocal and leadership role in insuring that they do not inadvertently perpetuate the injustice toward women -- and resulting danger toward all families, humanity and planet itself -- that is being incurred by the world official community, and especially certain "leading" national legislatures, (and certain corporations they have licensed that also monthly bill or "tax" the public for essential and common services such as food, housing rent and mortgage, fuel, utlities and telephone, and information and news dissemination), and even financial services, which have not kept up with more enlightened countries legislatures, on the equal presence of both genders in the political legislaturea and governmental offices that legislate, execute and adjudicate tax, budget (what the taxes are used for) and billing laws, and define what counts and should be estimated and included in concepts of a sustainable and humane economy and its maintenance.

Today, many large corporations that daily send bills or receive payments for food, utility, fuel and other very basic goods and services to billions of female as well as male people, are headed by some of the spiritually poorest byt financially richest men in the world. Often, the ranks of these corporate decision-makers, deciding everything from the amount to charge both men and women consumers for bread and rice to home heating gas, oil, electricity, pharmaceuticals, and telephone are of mostly only one gender. Even medical service providers' decision- making and higher educational institutional budget making in many countries at the upper echelon, is done markedly by one gender -- male -- even though more than half of those paying their bills are women. These corporations are licensed to do so by national legislatures, that have balance of gender that now varies significantly, and glaringly, from country to country and by world region. Both the US and England have fallen grossly behind Europe and most other literate countries in representation of women. This has affected budgets and national priorities, and made an unredeemed, cumulative myopic mammon-servant of the system of assessment and collection itself, such that it is not able to represent, or identify the real Endowed wealth of the Earth -- especially the wealth inherent in every human being, female and male. As a result, world economic depression, and far worse social and environmental ills, loom ahead.

News stories like http://legal.pro2net.com/x38239.xml in which the currently profoundly publically distrusted national legislature in the US, which is increasingly seen to be nothing more than the lackey of large corporations, is willing to merge national and corporate bill collection, make it clear that a Big Brother, mammon-like ethical and spiritual error in humanity's political-economic system, with an end-stage, aggressive, invasive and predatory beast-like pattern, is becoming impossible to ignore.

Therefore, today, the taxing, bill collecting and general accounting services and professionals of ALL the world's countries, have a professional global responsibility and, in fact a special spiritual role, in assuring that when it comes gender, they are not taking part in perpetuating several forms of national as well as global exploitation or taxation without representation, condoning it anywhere on earth, and thereby endangering sustainable, conscientious and humane budgeting priorities and decisions of the planet.

The first issue is one of simple fairness that disturbs all thinking people, men as well as women. It seems unfair to most people, when the group in their own or any country that determines tax law and budgets looks so unlike those who pay the tax bills, especially due to the pattern of excluding women from office and decision-making that was set in motion centuries ago by sheer prejudice. In a well intentioned, even noble but still premature Age of Enlightenment in the 1700's that did not yet include women, this prejudice, was enacted "Constitutionally" by groups of only one gender in ways that would be unacceptable to today's literate populations of men and women both. These extremely flawed constitutions and the gender practices regarding representation developed in their aftermath and still remain in de facto, unremedied, and in place in the US and England, caused certain aspects of otherwise sensible constitutions to be little more than formalized misogyny, racism and moneyism. As a result, these countries are now destroying and cannabilizing (from the Latin word for dog-eat-dog) much of their own, and the world's, inherent, Endowed Wealth.

In fact, some of the world's greatest men, such as Thomas Paine and those founding but unsignatory fathers, many indentured servants, men without property, and many educated men of color, in the United States who not only fought unfair taxes but also respected women and abhorred slavery and servitude, actually refused to sign or support such documents because of their unfair provisions on gender and other forms of inequity, such as property status and race.

At the same time. scores of intelligent women like Abigail Adams, Mary Jefferson and Betty Hemmings were deliberately excluded, and never asked to affix their signatures for fear that, upon reading the details, they, too, would have suggested considerable rewriting before agreeing to sign. The colonial-state legislatures that then enacted the inherent flaws of these clearly unfinished and amendment-needful constitutions into law by force and/or force of habit were only the most propertied infuential, and glaringly only male. In that respect, they were identical to the bulk of the decision-makers of England, where Mary Wollstonecrafts were similarly mostly absent then, and for generations, even including today.

The fact that both England and the United States are now widely seen by Europeans, Africans, Indians, Far East Asians and others as mutually losing democracy to an obsession with preserving corporate and oligarchical "royalties" committed to oil-related political-economics, and grossly behind on fair representation on gender, is making many people in both countries and throughout the world ask, "If it did not accomplish democracy for both genders and all races, what was the significance of 1776 for the world? Was it truly a step forward, or, if the world allows both England and the US to continue to lag on gender balance in political office, was it just a 200 year side-step toward a reintigration of male-dominant/female coopted oligarchy at the expense of democracy, that took about 200 years to reveal itself as an ultimate threat to humanity on earth, if such gender imbalance and lack of democracy is tolerated much longer without reforming itself in these countries, and the many others that are influenced by the trends they set?".

Not only Americans, but people worldwide are saying that perhaps it is time to finish the reheshevolution -- peacefully this time -- and have a word not only with "King George" but King Tony, Queen Elizabeth as a perhaps herself palatially imprisoned or unwitting enabler of the oppression of women, Prince Charles and all those who maintain the Global Royal Corporate Court and its Emperor's Senates, of misogyny, racism and moneyism. Many suspect these underlying conditions on gender played a part in the loss of Diana, and must not be allowed to ruin the souls of her boys by birth, their counterparts Barbara and Jenna in the US, and all Diana's and every common princess of democracy's mother's, girls and boys worldwide, united by democracy and Love.

And more pertinent today is that even several intended Constitutional checks and balances and provisions derived from documents as old as the Magna Carta -- i.e. the right of public reform or popular recall or demand for resignation if lack of reform continues, of monarchs, senators and representatives, or other corrupt elected/appointed officials have been deliberately weakened or ignored by corrupt rulings of mostly male politicians/parties. Senators who cannot be touched by recall install unelected Presidents in total disregard of the votes and will of the people. The corruption of even these structural protections, for either gender, spells out taxation without representation for hundreds of millions of women and hundreds of millions of men who care mutually, with equality, about each other and their children, but feel they have lost any meaningful accountability from those who hold office, in both the US and England specifically, and any other countries unwillingly to officially call the US and English officials to account on the issue of gender in office, and all its correlate injustices on class and race.

Despite the so-called "revolution" of 1776, both England and the US today remain effectively without democracy, especially for any other than the most propertied of males, and any parasitic, codependent wives imprisoned by, or still willing to cover for them. One might even say even the Ten Commandments' most basic injunction toward loving fairness - to honor BOTH mother and father -- has been ignored in these countries for too long --- mothers and their compassion and nurturing perspectives are not representatively present in the legislatures that daily decide the laws affecting themselves, their children, their spouses and families, and all the people of their land. And the only fathers who are present, are those most egotistically willing to significantly so dishonor and dishonor mothers, wives, daughters, aunts and all women as "mothers" of their countries' fairness -- vote after vote, roll call after roll call, mistaken priority after mistaken priority, bad decision after bad decision.

Wars that may sadly spread and escalate the reactive and regressive risks to humanity are undertaken without the population's assent, while medical and educational services are cut or made cost prohibitive, without the population's agreement; a small number of wealthy men and their families earn billions while the rest of humanity's and Love's children sink further toward poverty, or into yet another generation of poverty. All these ills continue and multiply, while balance of gender in these nations' legislatures continues in an age-old misogyny via glaring absence of representative numbers of women, that sets them apart from scores of other modern, literate countries who are doing far better on gender (have at least about 36%-50% presence of women as well as men), and all accounts of democracy and sustainable quality of life for most citizens.

Small handfuls of token numbers of partyized women willing to be outnumbered when decisions count is not representation either, but is tokenism. That's why Congresses and Parliaments, attended by a tiny frosting of party-coopted women in halls of mostly-men, make such terrible mistakes, and set up reverberations of inhumanity that affect the entire world. Lacking enough (at least something above 1/3) commonplace Mary Wollstonecrafts and Abigail Adamses, they equally disrespect the inclusive common sense of Tom Paine and Sir Thomas More, and many other men who centuries. ago knew women were equally suited to political office, and necessary for its proper fulfillment of true, human, citizen's government. Yet, today the US and England remain with dangerous tokenization of women's presence, with only 13% and 18% women present, compared to Europe's averages of 30-50%.

Gratefully, recent gender representation reforms continue to be successful in many countries, with at least 1/3 to 1/2 women in legislative office, and many consistently reach a range of 40-60 or even 50-50 on gender. Among the world's legislatures which are now fully (about 50-50) gender balanced are Wales, Sweden, Denmark, Scotland, and all the city and state legislatures of France, all with 45-50% women as well as of men. Many others, such as Norway, Iceland, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, South Africa, New Zealand, Canada (Senate), India (law in committee and advocated by major party) and others are at or approaching the critical level of at least 36% of each gender now considered integral to a definitional standard of representative government.

Yet in still too many places, most glaringly in England and the United States, gender underrepresentation in making, executing and judging of law, including for budgeting and taxing the population has now still remained a de facto pattern. Most of the world's citizenry regard these corrupt mostly-machiavellian male-legislatures as quite willing to falsify elections and sustain or install unelected figureheads -- Princes, corporate Kings, and Caesars, to preside over a corrupt non-democracy and corrupt their own souls, the souls of their peoples and those who are willing to do business with them.

On the Balance Sheet of Life, these countries are coming up very short in ethical and spiritual wealth. In the eyes of the Highest Authority, Ethics, Love for Mother AND Father, and the understanding of the common Sisterhood and Brotherhood that defines an ethical humanity, these once great nations ard now profoundly delayed and delinquent in a way that misleads many other leaders into similar folly, and endangers their own well being as well as the entire planet. A recent businessweek article spefically quoted an unnamed warlord of choosing to install just that cooptable level of women, 13%, to office, that exists in the US, because it avoids any real progress for women or the need to exercise accountable democracy in humankind-ness terms to the population at large. http://businessweek.com/bwdaily/dnflash/apr2003/nf20030415_4958_db028.htm Thus, the imbalances in the US and England are literally inspiring the world toward more ingenious systems of nondemocracy, self-delusion, and likely self-destruction.

In response, God-Nature's levy of cataclysm threatens. God-Nature, use cataclysm, if needed, to maintain balance, in an attempt to maintain and restore an always possible sustainable equilibrium that was once given to the very essence of Love meant to sustain infinite millennia, (until dominant male hubris over females and less control-obsessed males, a few millennia ago, began to upset and distort it when human beings began to understand weapon-making technologies before understanding gender balance and Love ethics) works both through human nature and environment:

If the man-made human disequilibrium is tolerated during a period of technological progress such that technology can be used against humanity instead of for it by the most controlling and machiavellian members of one gender in disregard for most humans of the other gender (and less controlling, less gender dictatorial members of its own gender), Big Brother becomes the Way of the World. With Big Brother now far too Big for his britches, God-Nature will produce an increase in such things as floods, earthquakes, public health epidemics, environmental collapse as full-stops to premature biotechnologies that result in famines, social fabric pressure and distortions such as domestic violence and widespread gender separation, alienation and lack of mutual commitment, as well as higher violence in unnecessary and preventable regional and world war, crimes and terrorism, when governmental decision making is too far out of gender ethical balance for too many centuries long.

If the situation of imbalance is dangerously tolerated by humanity for too long, God-Nature could quite likely allow earth's humanity to destroy itself, and restart the Love in Balance process of evolution somewhere else in the Universe. on some other planet in some distant galaxy, where the inhabitants are paying better attention, with equal Love and Respect for Both Genders, to each other, and take better care to balance technology with ethics, especially gender equity ethics of balance in democracy.

The clock is ticking against the survival of our world as long as we allow this ultimate human imbalance -- gender imbalance in the governmental decision-making -- including budget priority and related standards on human corporate leadership and ethics as part of licensing -- to continue in legislatures of influential countries and corporations based in them, such as England and the US.

In addition, there is not only the long-standing problem of women not being paid equal to men for comparable work, but also the very serious and overlooked accounting and estimating debacle that can slip beneath our awareness because important aspects of women's (and now men's) work -- child care, extended family and village-cohesion care, home-based domestic maintenance and hygiene, elder care and many other forms of community and social support, are most often given, like charity, without any compensation at all, thus "unpaid".

And because this value is not calculated and never even seriously estimated in many countries' accounting activities, its importance and enormous value, in the trillions, to the very fabric and spirit of society is left out of our national and global accounting vision and system.

Yet, these womens' activities are the very essence of Good Will, that which should be daily and contintually estimated and esteemated far more thoughtfully than stock and property values, and accounted most valuable and important to humankind in any activity on earth, because without such Good Will fully esteemed, the future is foreclosed. How can accounting be right if it is based on laws made by those who do not mind the absence of this Good Will, women's wisdom of nurturing Good Will, in official political Re-**Present**-ation?

And, just as dangerously, most women and the most altruistic of men, are told their very work, these labors of the highest ethical judgement and service to others, Good Will, makes them "unqualified" to hold political, representational office. The ethical, nurturing and power of good they have gained and experienced is seen as "unfit" and "inadequate" representation for the halls of "power", where elections go to the highest financial bidders, not to a the bidding of a Higher Love that sought mutuality of the genders in all the decisions that affect their world, Love's Children.

Even a daily moment of silence, meditation and non-genderist prayer, in recognition, let alone "estimates" of these most valuable of essentials, work, especially women's work of love, holding the very fabric of society, are not given - in fact, budgeting and productivity reports often function to discount or actually deter the valuation of such essential tasks, therefore themselves working directly against the stability of the community/society. Society and culture fail, becoming less and less loving, less nurturing of humanity's heart, more coarse, more sexually alienated, more predatory and more dog-eat-dog --until humankind fully destroys itself?

This is not a partisan issue. The underrepresentation of women affects women of all political parties and associations and their children. The action, or lack of action of women of any party, in any country, on this issue, will mark her, and her family and husband's reputation, conscience and soul, for the foreseeable future, perhaps for all time. Gender imbalance is an issue whether one is Labor, Conservative, Green, Democratic or Republican, any other party; or independent, as most citizens are.

Dr. Jennian Geddes, a neuropathologist and mother of daughters with Nick Montagu, the head of the Inland Revenue Service in England, must insure that her husband read the work of namesake Ashley Montagu in understanding the necessity of representative numbers of women in public office for faith in government, She must work with Cherie Booth Blair, and both husbands, on the issue of bringing the representation of women in England up to the levels achieved by the genders in Scotland and Wales now, before Parliament and the government of too rare Queens Elizabeth and Victoria make any more errors that so unnecessarily endanger humanity and planet. Nanette..Everson, a lawyer and special counsel to the White House and wife of Mark, the US Internal Revenue Service Head, and her husband together, must advice both Laura and George, and in memory of George's deceased sister Robin, that there is but one way for them, as a couple, to stand up to the corrupt and perverse deviltry of corporate patriarchs with their harem-like multiple marriages and wakes of unhappy children; to redeem their unelected administration, and help their daughters avoid a life of alcohol addiction and become true and famed public servants instead; announce that George will not run again unless the Congress of the United States joins the legislatures of Europe and most other literate countries in gender balance, and see to it that the Bush daughters' generation, now of voting age, vote in elections that are truly representative, fully human and gender balanced, no matter what party. When Caesars reform themselves to gender balance, brotherhood embraces sisterhood in meaningful equality, and both words are restored to full and sacred meaning and Caesar's power becomes the Power to do Good.

All parties in England and the US should be held to the gender balance standards and expectations that are now the norm in Wales, Scotland, Scandinavia, Europe and many other countries, or understood to be gender imbalanced Caesars in waiting and nothing more. But today, even Caesars must be redeemed. They, too, will be infinitely blessed by gender balanced true democracy as soon as they embrace it.

Even these, Earth's modern Caesars and their tax colletors, must suspect they are being watched on this issue by The Highest Authority in this New Millennium -- God-Nature, the Cosmic Love of All Justice and Balance, that loves and has always loved daughters as much as sons despite humankind's, sad and ultimately self-destructive for both genders, legacy of failing to do so.

Even socially responsible investors must look beyond a company by company financial investment strategy, even though this is important. Advisors like Amy Domini and Peter Kinder and their colleagues at the Domini Index need to speak openly about gender balance in comparative national regulation, taxing, billing laws, and corporate functioning, and address the matter directly on their websites as integral to any concept of expeditious, effective, and elegant social responsbility. Failure to do this misses the gender inequity elephant in the living room, that is still dangerously sinking the living room of Earth, no matter how well intentioned, and creates a less effectual, after-the-fact, and reactive, instead of fully preventive approach to essential aspects of the balances that protect investors, consumers, and human ethical development and functioning.

Thus, the time has come to "pay" the too long unpaid real debt of underrepresentation.

The time has come to "pay" women, and men throughout past and present who have fully esteemed women and decried their not being in more equal presence in political leadership, what they are owed.

The currency of "payment" must be decision-making political representative office for both genders just about equally, followed immediately by legislative review of economic accounting practices and budgets, from a gender balance perspective.

The "payment" will bring forth a new era of gender balanced political, especially legislative, and other decision-making positions, and the understanding that nothing else is true government.

Once this "payment" is made, humanity will find itself, that is every human being on earth, all Love's Children, blessed beyond former imaginings, and wealthy in mind and spirit, and ethical creative technology so assisted by that Intangible Asset, God-Nature, that make its past achievements look tiny in comparison.

Women have never received an apology, let alone reparations, for the years which they have been denied decision-making representation, Now most women, even some of our most educated and informed women, work both in and outside the home but for lesser pay for comparable work. They are in effect, triple taxed, because they are also still denied that element so critical to democracy on which all societal collective ethics are based -- Presence at the moment when decisions, including budget and tax law decicions, are made -- re-Present-ation. Fair men who believe women's full voice should be present are also denied when bodies of markedly one gender pretend to embody fully human representation.

When women, and the men who have always felt they should be included in number NOW, are not Present, the Love that includes all Love's Children, also cannot work within the process. In gender- imbalanced, mostly man-made government, thus, Love itself cannot work through humanity, and unloving, destructive notions are maintained and cumulatively cost humanity in untold error over centuries, such as the crazy notion that economies need not include estimates of women's paid, and unpaid, work.

Women's work has recently been calculated by wiser economists, such as India's Amartya Sen, a Nobel Prizewinner in Economics, and New Zealand's Dr. Marilyn Waring, author of "If Women Counted" in her discussion of societal accounting, such as at http://www.aurora/icaap.org/talks/waring.htm in terms of the true wealth of the world. Accounting must work on a spiritual as well as practical level, to insure that payment is made for what is owed, before it is too late for Earth.

So now, more and more economists and accounting professionals need to understand the positive, profound spiritual implications for doing likewise, and help those they counsel, including government officials and tax authorities, know that just the lack of a printed paycheck, or an unfairly smaller issued to a person who has been long denied gender representative government, did not mean work and real value or spiritual wealth are lessor or absent, or thus doubly owed to any unrepresentative Caesar or Caesar's Corporate Court or Senate, in anything other than mindless and self-destructive habit. In fact, all it signifies is planet-endangering confusion and error, until Caesar finds spiritual redemption, and gender balances the halls of power by resignation, special election and passing the baton to more gender balanced political assemblies willing to improve ethical, spiritually acceptable economic accounting procedures and enforce these new indices in licensing of corporations and measurement or estimation, and esteemation, of national and world productivity, growth and resources.

It is the Senate, Court and Executive Offices of modern Caesars who owe all women, and all really loving men, especially those vast majority of men, whose women's wisdom could have helped protect from unnecessary wounding in preventable war, misallocation of resources, exploitation and injustice, had women's wisdom been re-Present-ed.

Although many excellent organizations exist that guide tax resistance on many ethical grounds including but not limited to gender representation, it may well not be necessary to recommend tax resistance here, and in fact, we are recommending a non-resistive, cognitive and mutual transcendance approach here, (see "This is Not a Tax or Bill Payment But a Good Will, Grace Period Contribution Letter" Below) because time is so quickly now running out on the false economy and false government system, that even if humanity continues in error, God-Nature, that exists in all things, including economic indices, and the moral judgements and investment decisions of other countries, will soon begin to foreclose. In both England and the US, the flood of bankruptcies and enormous personal debts of the poor and middle class are already well known by every accountant, and an emptied, squeezed turnip can no longer fill Caesar's coffers. Bad, genderist methods are simply destroying the endowed and blessed wealth of the earth, especially the human resources, for extremely momentary merger-made illusions of growth. Nature and man-made cataclysms of premature technological implementation, will soon make further collections either embarrassing or increasingly so paltry as to be less and less to Caesar's benefit.

So, here, we primarily recommend budget and tax awareness and a period of grace, in which to understand what is happening here and there in this or that country or corporations' collections and accounting on balance and gender in office. Isn't it the terminal stages of taxation without representation in all its arrogance and lack of spiritual love upon which all material blessing is based? Will you silently and mindlessly be a party to it, knowing it now endangers your entire earth, or will you raise your voice loudly for a New Accounting on Representation, acceptable to Higher Love?

An increasing number of people are taking an approach of deliberately lowering their income and simplifying their lifestyles, and willing to live communally, if need be, not simply as an ascetic end unto itself, but as a gentle counterbalance to the predatory and parasitic nature of the governmental and corporate system of drain on the common person, and society at large, that Ross Perot called "that sucking sound". They are willingly, even happily subsisting, in order not to feed the misogynist, misanthropic parasites that politicians and corporate heads have become.

Financial advisors have a special responsbility to warn the financially rich. The amassing of financial wealth under gender imbalanced government cannot provide any real security to the so-called rich. A financially rich man, or woman who has "bought into" humanity's centuries old bad practices of counting against women, dies just as quickly as a poor man if his planet is destroyed by gender imbalanced Congresses and Politicians. What does it profit a person if he or she gain the whole world on paper, but lose both soul AND planet in war, pestilence and famine brought about by the bad decisions of gender imbalanced legislatures and their failure to understand the Higher Law?

Some countries are far ahead of others in keeping national and international work, productivity and resource estimates and statistics that count women -- for seats in office and for value of work. Some countries, like Norway and Sweden, perhaps because they feel they must guard themselves from the impact of US and English corporate irresponsibility that has corrupted Anglo governments, are now discussing monitoring gender presence in corporate board decision-making, as well, http://www.nytimes.com/2003/07/14/international.europe/14NORW.html They do this while continuing to insure, as they have for many years now, that both women and men have the kind of vacation and leave time that begins to allow them the time needed to love and work and play at home, with family and community -- the most important wealth of their nations and the world as a community. And the Nordic nations are already becoming the world leaders on low cost and free computer software and other intellectual wealth of the Endowed, nearly limitless, human mind. The people of the Nordic countries are now often seen as those that have the highest quality of life in the world. They are concerning themselves with balance and real wealth, instead of mere money. It makes sense to catch up to their leading models on gender balance in government, not to ignore it. A navigator might just as well lose the North Star.

Where women's presence in office, and women's presence in a real economy, are both taken into account, it has been reflected in more and more emphasis on family leave and vacation time spent with family, and estimating a long term sustainability and social impact of other quality of life indices, for both women and men. This approach builds the world's most important "capital" -- human beings capable of their nearly limitless Endowed creativity and Love's ethics. Women tend not to be career, corrupt politicians. They often prefer to serve before or after raising young children, to the delight of their older children and for just a few terms. They serve as citizens, and increase the likelihood of the original dream, a citizen's government that protects every citizens' life, liberty and loving pursuit of happiness, as Endowed by Creation. In fact, better balance at the political level will reduce women's often displaced feelings of need to compete with men in other arenas, and likely will increase complementarity and cooperation instead of competition between the genders in many other areas of life where the policies and budgets that affect family and peace culture are not at stake.

Bringing in more balanced ratios of men and women in office has likewise resulted in a more critical, ethical societal eye to the vast wealth of only a few men, who after all their hundreds of millions earned per year, like the rest of overtaxed and billed women and men, can be "productive" only at best 24 hours a day. These CEO Caesars who stand behind and now prop up their selected political Caesars, often a work week far shorter than many women and men who must work double and triple shifts, in order to feed their families instead of being replaced by machines that Caesars now think more valuable than the human beings the machines were originally invented to serve.

Yet, when enough women enter office, even old Caesars are often first shamed, then uplifted, via the milk of human kindness that more daughters, sisters, wives, mothers, grandmothers, aunts and by hormonal nature, women bring to office with them, into realizing that they, too, can have a conscience and a soul. Now, we must understand that if we cannot reform Caesars and their Congresses to gender balance, they and we, may well be without both soul -- and planet. Render acceptance and normalization to Caesar's continued gender imbalance in political office, and you render to both soulless corruption AND physical death of Earth. This is does not render to God.

"No taxation without representation" was the founding slogan for many self-proclaimed "democracies" of rebellion against royalty, such as the United States, that now ranks, despite high literacy and progress in other arenas, an abysmal 59th in balance of gender in the same legislature that already spent 200+ years denying women (and minorities, always the easy targets of oppression in patriarchal, "power over" systems). In the US, only an unlucky 13% of the legislature that makes the tax law and budget is female. About 87% is male; comprised of men who, decade after decade and year after year, do not feel ashamed at the lack of women and people of color among them, and do not mind sending the unrepresented or their children to die in wars that would be preventable if the legislatures and diplomatic communities were gender balanced in order to be recognized by the world community as true and fit modern nations, as well. According to the Center for Women and Politics at Rutgers University, at http://www.rci.rutgers.edu/~cawp/pdf/stleg.pdf, almost all US state legislatures are also not yet at a life sustaining level (36% as a minimum for each and both genders), and indeed, only the state of Washington reaches this minimum for both genders, Only Maryland and Colorado reach the 33% of women, proposed by the government of India in 1998, with no legal means of correction if the level falls. Even usually progressive California is at the lowest level of any country in Europe (30%), although its national delegation is gender balanced, at least for the moment, since the state's political future is uncertain due to complexities around the governor's office as well. Nothing prevents its future from becoming as gender imbalanced as the lowest ranked states on the Rutger's listing, as the United States has no standards on balance of gender, part of other social balances (racial and professional background) on affirmation that also long ago should have been met yet are still seldom discussed in this self-advertised so-called "democracy" or "democratic republic" that few anymore would call by these terms.

Royalty's England, with its token 18% women in Parliament and titular token-woman Queen and Princes in waiting condoning its 82% male Parliament, is little better. The women and men peaceful bravehearts of Scotland and Wales have joined Scandinavia in about equal number of women and men in legislative office, showing England up for the crowned corruption it daily allows itself to sustain, until the Queen lives up to her name spiritually, and personally speaks up for balance of gender so that all women can be known as Queens, and all men Kings, of real Democracy, loved by Love itself. Only when she does that, and with her son the Prince, the loss of 1776 will be regained in the form of Love and Providence in a true restored worldwide common wealth of Love. That will be peaceful world reheshevolution.

But, right now, for women and men who love and respect them and all people, there is little reason to care what happened between the US and England in 1776 - England now ranks far behind most of Europe - 49th in gender representation, very slightly better than the US. The only question now is whether these modern day Anglo Caesars will transform themselves to gender balance and real democracy -- the essence of Good Will, or whether or how soon they will bring their empires (if the people remain complicit) to destruction, and lose their own souls, before doing so.

After centuries of legislative "forgetting the ladies" (the famous warning of Abigail Adams), they have created political-economies that have coarsened, hardened and made more dangerous both local, regional, national and global political-economies and therefore, society itself in many places, to the detriment of both women and men, and certainly children, all over the world. The situation always severely endangered the poor and minorities first. Now, it endangers everyone on the planet. And, as absurd as it is, it threatens to become more continentally and even intercontinentally and globally institutionalized in complexly imbedded ways, affecting everything from biotechnology policy to neighborhood viability, via the activities of global corporations based in countries that have not yet attained gender balance in legislatures. Their errors in judgement and ethics can easily result in worldwide famines, nuclear proliferation and social collapse.

In sum, every tax collector and tax advisor, and every citizen and government they serve, in every country on earth, must know this:

In ancient Rome, most women could not vote or hold office. For far too long --- for thousands of years since the first Roman Caesars and their all male Senates and imp-erial courts, and their vast multitude of overtaxed multitudes and exploited laboring slaves, concepts of fairness and nurturing activities received no credit.

For far too long, tax laws, and all other laws, were made by people -- vastly mostly males unwilling to sharre enormous wealth-- who saw little need to share their "power" with women and men who respect women as equally needed-to-be-present equals in a citizen's government.

Day in and day out, year after year, century after century, they made decisions and calculated budgets, that affect billions of both genders and their children while representing only the most machiavellian subset of only one gender. They have now enough bombs and poisons to destroy the earth hundreds of times over, while billions of Love's children and Holy babies die of starvation, abuse and heartbreak.

Therefore, it is no longer possible to render unto a gender imbalanced Caesar AND render unto God. It is time to warn, advise and tell Caesar to render unto God-Nature, including Loving Human Nature, via gender balance in government.

Overlooking the glorious spiritual, constructive and intellectual assets of women, including their centuries of Good Will, the Caesars through many ages have horrifically miscalculated on what is Real Wealth.

Now, all the Good Will in the world can no longer cover Caesar's accounting errors. Only a fully Good Will to transformation to gender balanced government as the norm for our world can reconcile their books quickly enough to avoid disaster that could cost all or much of the viability of the planet.

It is for this reason those who comprise the tax authority and accounting systems, and yet believe in Good Will -- the fairer men and women -- can be of essential importance in exercising their voice and good will -- with accountability -- to insure that legislatures are made up of roughly equal numbers of men and women.

If this does not occur quickly now, there is global disaster ahead of such magnitude, either gradually or in sudden horror, that few, if any, will survive.

Are you, by your silence on gender representation, and your complicit enforcement of tax laws, and thus, budgets, made by gender imbalance in office, allowing yourself to be a part of a system and world that legitimizes gender unequal political arrangements, and daily endangers the world, including you, your colleagues and all your families?

Though it was never your intention, perhaps your silence, or lack of thoughtful awareness, on this issue made you a cog in the wheel of inequity that now threatens an entire planet. The time has come to balance the legislative gender ledger with Good Will, and good, equal representation for both genders -- before it becomes too late.

Speak Now with Peace on Earth and Good Will To ALL - Women and Men. When the tax and bill collectors speak, even Caesars listen. And, their mothers, wives and daughters listen, and speak change into their husbands and fathers and grandfathers ears.

1. Share this information with all you serve. Therefore You and You and You, sisters and brothers, must be the New Age, now even more mutually respecting Mrs. Roberta and Mr. Robert Cratchett's of the world, a more loving community of Book-of-Life Keepers, that feed and teach these Scrooges in corporate and political office, that the best way to Bless Children (Tiny Tinas as well as Tiny Tims too long suffering) and Bless Everyone, is with both genders equally at the Table of Legislative and All Government, Graced by Full Gender Balance, before it is too late for all the Children of Earth, now being confronted by the full implications of dominant male hubric, and a Ghost of Future warning of unprecedented famine, war and death.

2. Send, and advise your clients to send, a symbolic dollar or pound, or even a penny wrapped in a paper, as contribution drawn with 2 hearts on it, either in your name or as an act of anonymous charity, to at least one Revenue Service Representative, in England, the United States or both (with copies to gender balanced governments as well, see below), and one to a corporate bill collector, as well, that expresses your unlimited moral, higher ethical spirituality. Send a copy to the nonsensical and outmoded representational legislative body and its female-half missing, misbegotten accounting system and Ways and Means or Operations Committees, and/or Corporate Board, that embodies that genderism that has so misjudged what is real wealth for so many millennia, and attach a letter, a "These Are Not Really Tax or Bill Payments but a Good Will Grace Period Contribution While You are Self-Redeeming and Gender Balancing Letter" that reads something like the following:

Because the government of this country has not yet attained gender balance, I (of, if you are a married couple, we) regard all so-called tax payments or filings, or bills, not as taxes, or accurate bills, at all. Instead, I (we) regard them as charitable contributions of a spiritual grace period, advance or pre-payments in faith, of good will. This Good Will is to someone who does not understand real wealth and therefore feels he is in need, even though he has hoarded for himself while ignoring the representation of many billions. This Good Will is given during a Grace Period, until equal gender representation in all branches and level of government are obtained, or until the Highest Authority on Human Accounting forecloses, which ever comes first.

If we have already filed a personal account statement or paid a recent bill, know that although all our calculations were in good faith and followed man's (not both genders' and certainly not God's) law to the best of our ability, we do not regard such paperwork or payment as we may have recently given as true taxes or billing accounts, because no country, corporation, or fully human being, should be allowed, expected, or condoned to engage in taxation without representation, or in exploitation for the many for the good of a few, and not only were and are women (and minorities and the many men who regard them as equals) not represented by current office-holders, but the wisdom of both genders in balance, (and the rainbow of diversity) that is an inherent quality of humanity in this land, were not Present when decisions, including the tax law, and the unnecessarily exploitative billings for services that gave no credit to intangible assets and the Good Will of billions of women, and men, were made.

We, along with the majority of people in this land and now around the world, no longer believe the current officeholders comprise a representative or real government. However, as a charitable person (people) of good will, we wish to communicate generously with politicians and CEOS, even those who continue to be so very poor in spirit. We suggest they use our contribution, to inform themselves, and those millions they witheld speaking about it with, about the sacred and loving benefit of great and untold wealth that will come to not just this country, but all countries, that choose, as so many countries already have, gender balance in government. By making that choice, they can best save their own legacies, and souls despite being politicians, CEOs and tax collectors during a now becoming-bygone, less enlightened, representationally and conceptually insufficient, and more gender-degrading era.

Publically Remind the excess male Presiding, Parliamentary and Senatorial Caesar-installers, as well as their Caesars, to announce that they will NOT be running for gender imbalanced office on gender imbalanced tickets, that they will instead either resign, or transform, themselves and their assemblies during what remains of Grace and Cosmic Good Will, and that they are passing the baton to gender balance, abundantly available right now in the educated and loving women and men who affirm women,(and, thereby, with just and nurturing compassion, all races), of every land. Tell them, and equally address their wives, that only if and as they transform themselves from ultimate overdue payment, default and error, to greatest saving of all, via gender balance on political tickets and in office, can they expect long lives of blessing for themselves and their families. This is the true public service that is wanted of them, and due from them, by Love that includes them and concern for their own goodness of lives and souls.

In accounting terminology:

"Good will" is defined as "The amount paid in excess of book value on the balance" sheet, usually for intangible assets...". Women and Love itself have paid far in excess, with little or no representation, under Caesar's tangible assets-only, book of half-truth accounting. Women and Love have shown centuries of good will toward men, but men, until they insist on representation for women equal to men, have not yet shown good will toward women, and therefore, toward all children, toward other men as each other Love's and mothers' as well as fathers' children, or toward Love Itself. Women, and Love itself, are owed.

It is time that men showed good will toward women, and toward All, and toward Love. It is time women, including token office-holders and political wives, paid good will to all their sisters around the world, of every race and color. Good Will to All is needed now, or Love's Good Will toward humanity on earth will finally, sadly run out on a specie too long oppressed, too long misdirected and too fallen, to simply Love Itself, Love's Children, in both its genders, in full sisterhood and brotherhood that is what democracy, a golden rule of all the people, for all of the people, BY all of the people, is.

In accounting terminology, "Grace" is defined as follows: "After a default, days of grace may be stated within which the cure is effected." The year 2000-2003 political machinations in the US and England which have delayed gender balance were the culminating final default on the good faith of all the people, female and male, of the world. The days are running short within which to acknowledge, that every citizen and every officeholder must recognize as government, acceptable to Love, only that which is gender balanced.

Understand: above all other accountings, this is the accounting before all other accountings, that accountants, professionals and nonprofessionals, too, in all walks of life, will need to worry about now. Gender balance in government is the cure that must be effected. The Days of Grace will run out without Cure, unless this Cure is insisted on by every Spiritual Accountant in the World, as it is Now Announced In This Message of Love. Without gender balance, there will be few or no further political elections on a sustainable earth, and any participation in gender imbalanced elections will literally condemn the future. Without gender balance, Caesars will, for a very short term, rule and then end their Empires in condamnation and destruction, instead of the Glory they could have and share by simply making way for Full Gender Balance in Legislative, Executive, Judicial and all Government Office, during these last moments of the Grace Period, as so many countries already have.
