STORYLINE A long time ago, there was a powerful sorcerer called Clow Reed. The earth was peaceful, until the force of the elements went out of control. In order to protect the Earth, Clow Reed used his magic and sealed the elements in cards, known as clow cards. He then sealed the cards into a magical book, protected by two guardians, Keroberos, the Guardian Beast of the Seal, and Yue, the Guardian of the Moon and the judge of the Final Judgement. Clow Reed made it so no body, but one who possess of magical powers, could open the Clow Book.
Years later, a 10 year old girl called Sakura stumbled across the Clow Book, and opened it. Her father had bought home the book from his university, saying that no one could open it. The reason he had bought it home was that it mystified him. Sakura held up one of its cards, and read ‘The Windy.’ She did not know that she had called for the force, and before she knew it, all the cards in the book shot out and disappeared. It was then, she met Kero, and was given the power of being the cardcaptor. For it was her destiny, and that was how it began… |
