RECREATIONAL CLASS Our recreational program runs two nights a week, Tuesday and Wednesday nights at Sudbury Secondary High School. This is a program where the young and old have a chance to develop their skills and a love for the sport in a friendly, non-competitive environment. Every gymnast, no matter the level of skills, has the opportunity to display their routines at the end of the year performance, Spring Spirit. Co-ordination, concentration, rhythm, balance, flexibility, strength and apparatus handling are all worked on during the year. This page was last updated on June 6, 2001.
