Here is a guide that will help you keep track of spells you perform and monitor their success. It's also really good for a Book of Shadows.

Chant: I stand in circles of light that nothing may cross.
TO STOP A PERSON CAUSING HARM TO YOU
Binding (Freezeing) Instructions
Light a white candle and your favorite incense. Meditate a short while on the problem. Invoke the Spirits of Protection for you and yours.Then take a piece of brown paper , like from a grocery bag, on it use a lead pencil to print and write the name of the offending person or people. If unknown people are involved, also print and write, and all persons unknown that are causing harm to me!
Cross off each line forcefully and say, forcefully,
" I freeze name(s) to be bound by this spell, unable to cause any more harm to (name(s) ! As I will, so mote it be! "
Then put a spoonful of used coffee grounds on the brown paper, fold it small, and place it in the freezer . Leave it until the problem is completely resolved. I wrap a rubber band, string, twist tie, or what have you, to keep the coffee grounds from falling out of the paper. You can also use a zip loc bag. Be sure and burn the candle completely up. Don't use that candle for a different purpose.

TO FIND A SOULMATE OR LOVER
On an evening of the full moon, assemble the following on your altar:
One teaspoon of lemon juice
One teaspoon grape juice
Two teaspoons honey
Two red candles
Love Oil of your choice (example "Heart's Desire" or "Come to Me")
Heart shaped piece of paper
A handful of pink or red rose petals
Red-ink pen
Small bowl
Mix the lemon juice, grape juice and honey together in the bowl.
Anoint the two red candles with Love Oil and place them in candle-holders.
Dip the ring finger of your left hand into the bowl of honey mixture.
Write your full name and date of birth on the heart shaped piece of paper with the red-ink pen and place it on your altar between the two red candles. Sprinkle the rose petals around the base of the candle-holders and the heart shaped paper as you recite the following:
Goddess and God of us all,
Please hear my heart's call
May my true love come to me,
And as I will, so mote it be.
Keep an eye on the candles as they burn down. Keep the heart shaped piece of paper in a place or drawer where no one will find it. A piece of rose quartz crystal may be placed with the paper in a pouch to be carried around if you wish.

TO OPEN NEW RELATIONSHIPS
Pink candle
Rose Quartz
Sunflower oil
Inscribe candle with your name, then anoint it and quartz with oil. Light candle. Hold the stone in your hand and visualize friendships coming your way and new relationships forming. Chant 3 times:
"Open mind, and gain new life,
Gone from you, all stress and strife,
Open heart, gain life anew,
Accept all love that's offered you.
Positive thought and word and deed,
Enter now - of bane I'm freed.
Ancients, hear me - grant my plea,
To new relationships, open me."
Place quartz by candle and leave it there until the candle burns all the way down. Carry the stone with you.
Magical Power
ANKLE BRACELET FOR INCREASED MAGICAL POWER
1 skein purple embroidery floss
8 skeins if embroidery floss in other colors
Purple candle
Vegetable oil
Cinnamon
Patchouli
Sage
Grasp the ends of all nine flosses in your hand, holding them together as one "strand". Wrap the strand loosely around your ankle 3 times and cut. Tie the lengths together with a knot about 2 inches from the end. Divide the lengths into 3 sections of 3 strands each. While concentrating on magickal power growing within you, braid them together and chant:
"As I braid, my magick grows
I weave a spell to make it so
Each cross of thread intensifies
The magick that within me lies."
Continue to braid and chant until you have a 2 inch tail and knot all strands together. Anoint the candle with vegetable oil and roll in the mixture of herbs. Lay the braided piece in front of the candle. Light and say:
"Candle burn and add to the power
Of this charm with each passing hour".
Leave the charm until the candle burns completely. Wrap the braided charm around your ankle 2-3 times and tie it securely in a square knot. Wear constantly. When you feel a new bracelet/anklet is necessary, repeat this spell, cut the old one off and bury it.
Money
TO OBTAIN MONEY
Green Candle
Basil (powdered)
Vegetable/Anointing Oil
Inscribe the green candle with your name and exact amount of money you need. Anoint candle with oil and roll in basil. Light the candle and say:
"Money come and money grow.
Money's mine; to me it flows!"
Banishing
TO BECOME CALM AND CENTERED:
Find a smooth round stone that is smaller than your fist and play soothing music. Cast the circle and sit holding the stone and listening to the music. Breathe deeply and rhythmically. Inhale through your mouth and exhale through your nose with a long, steady hum. With each breathe draw out the hum and make it smoother. Breathe your tension and anxiety into the stone. When you feel calm and centered put the stone on the ground, open the circle and walk away. The stone will dissipate your tension into the earth. Retrieve in a day or two for later use. Meditate on the causes of the upset and eliminate them from your life or change your attitude towards them.
RELEASING NEGATIVITY:
Sit outside at night and attune with your star of power. Visualize your problem, yourself wallowing in it, and feeding it energy until it is self-sustaining. Hold your arms out before you and cup your hands. Push the visualization down your arms into your hands. Break all connections with it. See your problem and its causes sitting in your hands. Say, "Blazing stars; Fiery stars; what was mine, now is yours." With a strong gesture separate your hands and fling your arms to the sky releasing the negativity to the stars. Repeat as needed.
RIDDING YOURSELF OF NEGATIVES:
Have a cauldron or goblet on the altar between 2 lit white candles. Burn a protection or blessing incense and wear a white robe if possible. Stand or sit before the altar and center yourself. Take the cauldron or goblet in both hands and hold it high over the altar in salute to the gods. Lower it to chest level and gently breathe each person, habit, and experience that you wish removed from your life. When you are finished turn the cauldron or goblet upside down on the altar saying, "The contents of this vessel I give to thee, Great Ones, exchange these experiences for better." Place offerings of herbs and milk outside or at least burn some herbs. Best done during the waning Moon.
Items:
Green Candle with rune symbol of money and prosperity etched in the side
Cinnamon Oil
Objects that represent money (jewelry, coins, dollar bills, etc.)
1: Anoint the candle with the oil, and place in candle holder.
(I suggest a holder larger than the candle, and not Glass)
2: Place the items that represent money in a circle around the candle.
3: Light the candle and visualize a green mist or light coming from the flame. In the mist or light visualize silver coins floating around.
4: Now use your hands and grab as many coins as possible.
5: Finally, chant the following:
Rich I'll be, money and prosperity come hither to me.
Let the candle burn out.
