Summary:
While all Wiccans are Pagans, not all Pagans are Wiccan. I respect this diversity, but I unfortunately do not have much knowledge outside of Wicca. I will present some of what I consider good starting material that you may then tailor to you needs. Please submit to me any information you would like submitted here, or alternate sections like this one on other Pagan religions. Wicca has many different faces. It is best described as a home brewed religion that you may tailor to your needs. It is commonly refereed to as witchcraft, but Wicca does not necessarily have to contain it. You may choose to do spells or not, but witchcraft is the practice of magic within the Wiccan religion (see more in Spells). The Lord and the Lady are pretty much the universal dieites, with several pantheons of lesser dieites that may also be called upon. You always get to choose the pantheon that you like best or that suits you personal needs. The Lord and Lady, also known as the God and Goddess, can be worshipped solely, with pantheons or as a triple form. The Goddess's triple form is the division between Maiden, Mother and Crone, while the God's is between the Divine Child, Son or Lover, and Sacrificed Savior.

Goddess: Also know as Mother Earth, Gaia.
Maiden: Represents fertility, passion, waxing moon, birth. Color-White
Mother: Represents nurturing, life blood, full moon, great teacher. Color- Red
Crone: Represents wisdom, death, waning moon, gateway to reincarnation. Color- Black

God: Also know as Lord Greenwood or Pan.
Child: Represents beginnings, hope, opportunity. Color- Dark Green
Son/Lover: Represents maturity, responsibly, selflessness. Color- Red
Savior: This form is very similar to the Christian God, but he dies so that enlightenment could be found, but is reborn to symbolize the cycle of life. Color- Black

This is a very broad and brisk definition of their forms, taken from Wicca: The Complete Craft .

Elements:

Typically, when a magical circle is cast (circle being a consecrated place to perform rituals) the four 'corners' are called. They are called to stand as watchdogs and protect the Wiccan from negative energies. Each corner has a direction and an element. Different qualities are associated with each element, and many Wiccans refer to them selves as the element they are most closely associated with. Ed Finch's book, A Grimore of Shadows provides an excellent list to the different values of each element.

East-Air-Yellow: Usually first corner to call. Wisdom and memory. People who associate with this element may seem lightly ditzy, but it's because their mind is blowing thoughts around constantly. Usually sensible and mild mannered. Gemini, Libra, Aquarius.

South- Fire-Red: Passion, anger, impulsiveness. Will typically be loud and the life of the party, unless they are smoldering. Have more problems with addictions than most, highly opinionated. Aries, Leo, Sagittarius.

West-Water-Blue: Emotion, nurturing, depression. Likely to be a wallflower because water's are more prone to depression. Highly emotional with rapid mood swings. Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces.

North-Earth-Green: Growth, prosperity, common sense. Earth's are very grounded. Usually serious, opinionated, and practical. Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn.

Zodiac signs are not always an indication of your element, but a lot of times they are correct.

Pantheons: Egyptian, Middle Eastern, Greek and Roman, Celtic, Norse and Germanic, and Indian (as in asia India).
I'm sure there are many more, but these are the most note worthy.

Holidays: There are eight principle holidays in the Wiccan religion, with esbats (full and sometimes new moon rituals) in between.

Samhain- October 31- Beginning and ending of celtic year. Day to honor and communicate with loved ones that have passed away.

Winter Solstice- December 21 - Pagan Christmas I guess you would say- Shortest day of the year- Represents rebirth of the sun king as the Divine child.

Imbolc- February 1- Maiden aspect of Goddess rises, spring forth coming, new beginnings.

Spring Equinox- March 21 - Day and night are equal- Celebrate the growing light and first day of spring.

Beltane- May 1- Fertility festival, planting time for crops, celebrates marriage between Goddess and God.

Summer Solstice - June 21- Longest Day of the year- Sun powers begin to decline.

Lughnasadh- August 1 - Celebrates harvest time.

Autumn Equinox- September 21 - End of Harvest. Days and nights equal. Preparation for winters rest.

Tools : While ritual tools are not necessary, many Wiccans like to us them to focus their energies and represent certain aspects of a Deity or element. When procuring tools it is usually recommended that you make it yourself, or add you own special touches to a ready made item. It's whatever put you in that special magic state of mind.

Altar: Usually a table, windowsill, vanity table, dresser, whatever you can put your tools upon and work. Make sure it's someplace quiet where you wont be disturbed. Try and send anyone away that will not be participating in the ritual, or keep them outside the circle boundary.

Athame: (Fire) Magical knife. Used to cast and cut the circle. Usually a black handled, double blade, and dagger size. Some Wiccans use a sword to cast the circle, but I would only recommend this for a large outdoor circle, possible a very large indoor one. You can buy a knife pretty cheap and put on a new handle, or refinish the handle and maybe add strings of beads and such. It's all up to your creative imagination.

Cup: (Water) Used for hold ceremonial wines and waters. You can use a regular wine glass, flute, or any other cup that suits you tastes.

Incense : (Air) While many prefer to use powder incense on charcoal, I find that it takes forever to light the charcoal. I tend to use stick and cone incense for smaller rituals, and the charcoal for larger holiday or group gatherings. Sandalwood is a universal scent that will work with most rituals, but you may want to purchase other scents to correlate with either the holiday or the intent of your ritual. Dried herbs may also be used.

Pentacle: (Earth ) Notice it says pentacle, not pentagram. Pentagrams are typically reversed, where as pentacles are not. A pentacle is used on the altar to place stuff. Sometimes you might place to cup or incense on it, or an object you are working with. It can be any size, any material. You can buy ones made out of metal, or you can paint one on a piece of wood or ceramic tile.

Wand: Also used to focus magical energies. Usually made out of a branch, although metal one are available with crystals in them. While crystals are cool, you can easily attach them to a wooden wand with either leather strips or some good old fashioned hot glue. When I made my wand, I used a willow branch and sanded it down. (thank the tree for the branch) I made a magical condenser out of chamomile and sandalwood (just boil them all together) and rubbed it into the branch. Then I ran it though a candle flame to burn it just slightly. It makes it black in color and seals in the condenser as well as imbuing it with fire. I wrapped copper wire around it to conduct energy and made a handle with leather strips. I then hung many strings of beads, each in the color of an element. Again, use your imagination!!

Bell: Used for signaling the beginning and ending of rituals. Use an old wind chime, jingle bells, small gongs or an actual bell. As long as it goes ding, dang or dong, everything else is you.

Representation of Goddess and God: This is a little tricky, unless your a sculptor. They are usually statues of the God and the Goddess, but they are sometimes difficult find unless they are from one of the pantheons. I used a glass candle and painted a goddess on one side and the god on the other( In very crude forms) You might be able to find wooden dolls that you can paint, or maybe make one out of old trophies.

Candles: Two candles are usually place on either side of the altar. White for Full moon and Holidays, Black for New moon. You may also use a variety of candles for other purposes. Try to get unscented candles, large for altar candles, and small ones for spells and holiday representations.

Divination: There are a number of different items that maybe used for divination. Tarot cards are the most popular ( I recommend the Rider deck, but there are many other styles that you make like better). Scrying mirrors and crystal orbs are also used. The mirrors are usually black and the orbs are mostly cloudy in a variety of colors. Pendulums can be made from string and beads. Runes are rocks with the runic letters written on them. There are many different forms as well, but again, these are the most popular.

Clothing and Jewelry: Lots of people do rituals sky clad (naked) but some, either because of prying neighbors, children or groups situations, like to wear robes and such. I guess you could say that traditional clothing included cloaks, robes and dresses. Men usually prefer hooded robes and black or brown, but they maybe any color. Women may wear dresses, they are usually long and lose and maybe and color or pattern you choose. Take an old dress and sew beads, fabric strips, or paint designs on it. Guys can make a tunic out of a larger piece of fabric with a hole in the top and tied up with a cord or studded belt. There is also ready made clothing available, but I recommend checking out thrift stores and costume shop for bargains. Make your own jewelry from bead at the craft store or buy some. You can use stones and crystals, most Wiccans wear a string of multicolored beads around their neck to represent the Old Ones.

Stones and herbs: Many Wiccans use stones and herbs with different properties. Herbs they can make into teas, salves, balms and bath treatments to treat different ailments. You should do extensive studying on the property of herbs before you start messing around with them. Some can be poisonous or taste really bad (i.e. white willow bark). So that I have tried and not keeled over are brewing chamomile tea to help you sleep, take the white willow bark in capsule form, brew mint in a cup and inhale steam to clear sinuses. Stones are much safer. They are picked for their certain color, clarity, or properties( i.e. metal?, glossy?,) along with esoteric values.
