This is my experience of breeding.I give egg food every day and make sure there is always a good supply of egg shells.I also let my birds chose there own partners.I have three nest boxes with different types of nests place inside so they can chose which.I also don't force them to breed I let nature take its course.When ready the eggs are laid at 24hr intervals normally in the morning and can be upto 8 eggs.As soon as the clutch is finished both will brood.At about 18 days hatching can be expected.I found that after 2 days the young can be heard begging for food and can be heard clearly over the TV.I keep the temperature at 20C all of the time.I ring the young at about a week.They fledge at about 22 days and I leave them as long as possible with the parents.This is how I do it nothing fancy just simple.

I use a Blattanex strip once a month against Air Sac Mites,but others use Scatt.
I use Spark from the Birdcare Company on ill or stressed or new birds.
